Where to stay with pets in Koskinou

The food was varied and tasty, the waiters were nice and always smiling and helpful. The location of the hotel and the distance to the airport or to Rhodes town is a big plus

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t

The decor was very modern and chic, The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and a complimentary bag! We got room service which was incredible and the mini bar/room service was included in the all inclusive package, the staff were amazing and we can’t fault them, attentive at all times and very professional

We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival

We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty

The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service

Main hotel bar has evening entertainment with acts on a few nights and piano music or Greek nights, plenty of options for top branded drinks and cocktails, bar staff always attentive, shout out to Cristof who looked after us all week

All Inclusive with Black card , gives access to all evening Al a Carte restaurants, Asian, The Grill and Le Etoile which can all be booked on hotel app easily, also Al a Carte lunch in Gondola Bar / restaurant

I really loved all the swimming pools, most beautiful swimming pools I've ever seen! The beach was nice and clean with free beds

From check in to check out, there was nothing not to like about this hotel, 1st class service over all the areas of the resort

Stayed in the Adults only area, accomodation was Junior suite, with pool access and pool bar area, where Carlosos looks after you very well

One minor complaint, we went on a half board package so expected to pay for drinks - but the hefty charging for water with our meal each night was unnecessary

This hotel has brilliant disabled access in all areas, and noticeably on the beach, where Elton & his team go out of their way to ensure anyone with mobility issues are fully supported, even using a new motorised beach chair to help those in wheelchairs, access the shale beach to the beautiful, clear blue sea

Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service

All the staff are so helpful in the well organised dining areas, thank you to all the staff ( and especially Mannolis & Michael) in the bars and grounds. The room was well serviced daily, and was always clean

Lovely choices of Greek foods and breakfast standards. Fresh squeezed juices, fancy coffees, champagne. The service manager, Manolis was extremely attentive. We definitely are considering returning next year

It makes for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a complete "chill out" holiday, in extremely clean, & beautiful surroundings, with brilliantly friendly staff

The Mitsis Selection Alia Hotel in Rhodes is truly the perfect choice for a relaxing and luxurious vacation

This was a really lovely hotel, there was a lot of variety in the food with restaurants in the hotel open until late at night. The food was really really nice. There were really nice pools and a lot of activities to do

We stayed at Mitsis Selection Alila for several days. While the hotel itself is beautiful and well located, our experience was unfortunately not as relaxing as expected

The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive

What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us

Great location, the small beach down the hotel is really plus. The pool area is very nice. The room is not 4 star, the bath is not be cleaned properly. The food is pretty the same everyday, the taste is quite blank.

We stayed at the Kresten Palace in Rhodes towards the end of October 2025 and had a really lovely time. The weather was spot on for that time of year — warm and sunny every day, but not too hot, which suited us perfectly

Booked a week here to celebrate my hubbies birthday. We arrived late, around midnight. There were only 3 groups checking in before us, but it took the gentleman on reception a very long time to process their arrival

He was polite and gave clear instructions to locating our room, and basic information on breakfast times, location of shop and restaurant. The room was of good size and presented well

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and our room was always spotless and a nice place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out though was the staff

Special mention to Kiko for her dynamism in the animation, Nono for his incredible dedication to the Kids Club, and Erla who gave us impeccable service at the bar

Thanks to all the staff, our vacations just came from another world. So much kindness and funny environment that made the Rhodes island unforgettable

They proved their dedication to guest satisfaction when, despite a minor issue with the AC not effectively cooling the room, they promptly replaced the entire system the very next day

The hotel is in an ideal location, not far from town, and ideal for public transport. It's quite near to the beach so there was always a choice of places to sit around the pool

Every minute of our stay was great. We were treated by an unbelievable way. Both, the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant serve meals that are value for money with high quality

We were 2weeks 4 girls having relaxed vacation. (Finland) Very cosy, relaxed, warm, beautiful hotel and u feel welcome. Staff is happy and has good sense of humour

Pool area is gorgeous with its plant, flowers and fruits and good music played. Costa bartender, Carol and Papa and rest of the staff are lovely and they do everything for you to enjoy your holiday

Staff were amazing. Really fun and very helpful. Beautiful place,fun bar. Would recommend AAAAA+++++ Great weather in October. They also did a massive BBQ for everyone!!

From the pleasant rooms, even if the shower could have been a little more comfortable, to the very nice pool and bar area and the just fantastic people working the hotel, this must be one of the best hotels I've ever encountered on my many hollidays through the Mediteranean area
