Location: 15 km from the airport of Rhodes, 10 km from the historic centre of Rhodes town, Kallithea.

Consists of one 4-storey building and thirty-five 1-storey blocks.
The hotel has 386 rooms.
Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach within the public beach only 100 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, there is an underground transition. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The beach is 100 m.

One minor complaint, we went on a half board package so expected to pay for drinks - but the hefty charging for water with our meal each night was unnecessary. Tea, coffee and juice were provided with breakfast so why not water with our dinner?
We’ve booked a junior suite with sea view, when arrived to the hotel they told us that we got “upgraded” to a family suite but we can only get it at 15, when arrived to the family suite we discovered it was not what we ordered, it had 2 bad rooms, which we didn’t need the as we are a couple, so we asked to have our ordered suite and they told us we need to wait additional time to get it, it was already 16 and we did not want to waist any more time in waiting for a room so they offered to give us a room next to pool which was ok but very loud due to the fact it was in front of the pool bar. The food had no diversity at all! At lunch or dinner you had 4/5 main courses to choose from but all of them was pork! No beef at all! The salads and cheeses were good.
When we first arrived, a nice golf cart driver showed us the resort area and told us about the adults only area we can enjoy, but later, the reception lady was shouting at us that is not allowed to go there if your room is not there, very confusing indeed. The pool bar guys where grate and made the best cocktails!
We have always recommended this hotel to everyone we know but now we are telling them not to go!
What originally was a 5* hotel with amazing staff and facilities has been let to deteriorate. The staff have all been replaced with inexperienced cheaper staff which does not work for a 5* hotel.
The facilities are not upgraded and things replaced, they are shabby and old and desperately need replacement. These are not things you expect with a 5* hotel when you are paying 5* prices.
The food this year is awful. You do not go to Greece for curry, spiced and food you cannot work out what it is. Greece is full of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish and meat this is not reflected here this year, although it always used to be.
Sadly a hotel that has been drained of the money but expected to keep on going without spending anything!
This was once a 5* hotel now it would struggle to be a good 4* one.
The facilities are outstanding and although we only dined in the davinci lounge the choice of food was excellent.
I have to give a special mention to Sabina from room service who made a big effort on my birthday.
service was excellent, the food was awesome (unlike lots of other hotels in Greece). the rooms ... it was so difficault to leave ...
I will absolutely go back!
