Very clean, all the time Modern and spacious Great water park

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t

We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty

The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service

We tried a lot of cocktails at the pool bar which was amazing because the staff came over and took your order for lovely bar snacks/lunch too

We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival

Pool was beautiful and uncrowded in September. We looked around other hotels when we were in Rhodes and thought ours was nicest

What an incredibly beautiful hotel! I arrived at nighttime, so this was my first impression. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks great so far. Looking forward to checking out Pool and spa tomorrow.

The resort itself is very pretty with a lot of colorful flowers, nicely kept grass and palm trees. The rooms and pools are cleaned daily

We’ve booked a junior suite with sea view, when arrived to the hotel they told us that we got “upgraded” to a family suite but we can only get it at 15, when arrived to the family suite we discovered it was not what we ordered, it had 2 bad rooms, which we didn’t need the as we are a couple, so we asked to have our ordered suite and they told us we need to wait additional time to get it, it was already...

Great hotel with beautiful pools and facilities! The overall service is not anywhere near to a 5 stars hotel

The pool bar guys where grate and made the best cocktails!

We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas

Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post

Manolis is the service manager and without a doubt a key to keeping people happy and staff organized. Our premium sea view room #2117 was newly remodeled. Gorgeous view of the pool, manicured grounds and sea

Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests. The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service

We chose to get an elite room and loved the extras you got (a bottle of wine in the fridge at the start of your stay, chocolates on our pillows and a great view of the sea, to name a few!) There was also an elite lounge with free snacks and drinks which was always quite quiet and chilled

The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive

What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us

There is a big variety of places to eat at, food quality was good! Most importantly - The staff was always very nice and willing to help!!! and it was crucial to our stay

Fantastic!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Alila as a family with two kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

We stayed at the Kresten Palace in Rhodes towards the end of October 2025 and had a really lovely time. The weather was spot on for that time of year — warm and sunny every day, but not too hot, which suited us perfectly

Booked a week here to celebrate my hubbies birthday. We arrived late, around midnight. There were only 3 groups checking in before us, but it took the gentleman on reception a very long time to process their arrival

He was polite and gave clear instructions to locating our room, and basic information on breakfast times, location of shop and restaurant. The room was of good size and presented well

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and our room was always spotless and a nice place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out though was the staff

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and a special mention has to go to Niki and Margarita in the dining room — always smiling, chatty, very helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome

Pool area is gorgeous with its plant, flowers and fruits and good music played. Costa bartender, Carol and Papa and rest of the staff are lovely and they do everything for you to enjoy your holiday

We like that it has personality. Here you can be private and you can be part of the house. It’s friendly and has character. There’s a parrot, a kittens being fed after it lost its mom

Staff were amazing. Really fun and very helpful. Beautiful place,fun bar. Would recommend AAAAA+++++ Great weather in October. They also did a massive BBQ for everyone!!

From the pleasant rooms, even if the shower could have been a little more comfortable, to the very nice pool and bar area and the just fantastic people working the hotel, this must be one of the best hotels I've ever encountered on my many hollidays through the Mediteranean area

Small, silent ideal relax place. with delicious foods and high quality services. We were on the same place for 10 times during last 15 years. So I think I feel there like home
