Very clean, all the time Modern and spacious Great water park

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t

We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty

We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival

The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service

Excellent hotel and staff cannot praise it enough. Rooms are great, staff are superb and extremely helpful. Very relaxing and great location. Great for families and adults alike. Has a secluded adults only area

Upon arrival in the Rhodes airport and waiting in a hot shuttle bus for 30 minutes and seeing some of the other resorts people were being dropped off at this one is truly a gem so we were quite happy! We’ve booked a junior suite with sea view, when arrived to the hotel they told us that we got “upgraded” to a family suite but we can only get it at 15, when arrived to the family suite we discovered it was not what we ordered, it had 2 bad rooms, which we didn’t need the as we are a couple, so we asked to have our ordered suite and they told us we need to wait additional time to get it, it was already...

What an incredibly beautiful hotel! I arrived at nighttime, so this was my first impression. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks great so far. Looking forward to checking out Pool and spa tomorrow.

We truly cannot say enough good things about this resort! This was out very first trip to Greece, we flew in from Tel Aviv (we are from Canada) for a long weekend

This hotel has brilliant disabled access in all areas, and noticeably on the beach, where Elton & his team go out of their way to ensure anyone with mobility issues are fully supported, even using a new motorised beach chair to help those in wheelchairs, access the shale beach to the beautiful, clear blue sea

Manolis is the service manager and without a doubt a key to keeping people happy and staff organized. Our premium sea view room #2117 was newly remodeled. Gorgeous view of the pool, manicured grounds and sea

Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests. The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service

Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post

All the staff are so helpful in the well organised dining areas, thank you to all the staff ( and especially Mannolis & Michael) in the bars and grounds. The room was well serviced daily, and was always clean

The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive

What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us

The children pools were heated and were very welcoming for the little ones, although we visited in the off season, so it was not crowded

Fantastic!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Alila as a family with two kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

We stayed at the Kresten Palace in Rhodes towards the end of October 2025 and had a really lovely time. The weather was spot on for that time of year — warm and sunny every day, but not too hot, which suited us perfectly

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and our room was always spotless and a nice place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out though was the staff

Being the quiet season, more of a challenge to "get the small crowd involved and laughing" but they managed it, and we were laughing along and got involved. By the end of the week, they were more like friends

Booked a week here to celebrate my hubbies birthday. We arrived late, around midnight. There were only 3 groups checking in before us, but it took the gentleman on reception a very long time to process their arrival

It was a November, so late season so I guess thats why the team was limited, Team leader Kiko and Zico a relatively new member were absolutely great

Saying that, we were more than happy, and were very comfortable. Food was pleasant and plentiful, as you'd expect, somewhat repetitive. Dining staff welcoming, always smiling and there to assist you at anytime

Pool area is gorgeous with its plant, flowers and fruits and good music played. Costa bartender, Carol and Papa and rest of the staff are lovely and they do everything for you to enjoy your holiday

We were 2weeks 4 girls having relaxed vacation. (Finland) Very cosy, relaxed, warm, beautiful hotel and u feel welcome. Staff is happy and has good sense of humour

From the pleasant rooms, even if the shower could have been a little more comfortable, to the very nice pool and bar area and the just fantastic people working the hotel, this must be one of the best hotels I've ever encountered on my many hollidays through the Mediteranean area

They do all they can for their customers to make their stay the best. Good music and just good vibes here. Has a parrot-bar besides the hotel if you want a drink, talk to people or Watch a soccer-game

The sea is also very nice – clean and deepens quickly, making it very easy to get in. We didn't like that there were no robes in the room

Loved it. Spot on the beach. Loved the pool, the garden view suite. Very helpful and professional staff. It was a perfect vacation. Diverse menu, and by diverse I mean diverse! Big rooms, clean. I just loved it.

We loved this hotel, especially because of the delicious food. We'll admit, before Covid, everything was even better. The beach is nice and sandy, but the sea itself has small pebbles

They also asked for a credit card when we checked in, so maybe if you steal something, you won't be able to pay. They didn't have a credit card, so they gave us a debit card

Special praise goes to Vasilis, who anticipated our every need and always kept our coffee cups filled. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, for which we are very grateful

The pool area (especially the top pool) was to a very high standard and made you feel you were in a 4 star hotel with a small bar with drinks and snacks available all day and ways loungers free

The staff were very friendly and helpful and with a beach 100m away and old town only a 15 bus ride away you could get out and see other places. A lovely hotel for rest, relaxation and wonderful weather

Value for money and a lovely holiday. I agree with other reviewers that those who have written negative reviews were expecting far too much for their money

The food was variable but there was something for everyone and I enjoyed the Greek yoghurt and feta cheese and always found something to enjoy

Imagine this: A small hotel in peak season (August 2017) with occasions when you could enjoy the pool alone, a grassy bank sloping down to the sea with sun beds to spare

Under the new owners, the hotel's rating will rise and I suspect it will become increasingly difficult to book rooms in peak season

while, in the next bay - occupied by a monstrous resort hotel - there is the hell of August and jostling for space in the sea

The water is crystal clean, the approach in the sea is very comfortable - the best for a beach holiday

Next to the hotel there's a bus station: 15 mins to Rhodes city center, 20-25 to Faliraki (15 mins by taxy to Anthony's queen bay, bars and night clubs, cafes, beaches) So I really recommend it for people both with families and the youth who wants to have fun! The rooms were cleaned everyday but not on a high level

don't know what else to nitpick;) But all of them were fully covered! Because of air conditioning 2-days problem we were treated with 2 free dinners and 2 wonderful concerts! The beach of this hotel is so fantastic and deserted (almost only people from the hotel come to it, though the beaches in Greece are public)

The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and there was always seating outside and in. We really enjoyed the food and drink

We first visited back in September 2024 and loved the atmosphere of the place. Always smiling and helpful from the arrival at reception, right the way through the bars, restaurants and the Service staff

The mini bar was stocked with water and cold drinks as well as a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. Some things about the room:- • There was a coffee machine that the pods for were all restocked daily

• The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was actually really nice to use • The room was also really big and had a sitting area and TV which we didn’t use but I think it only had a couple of English speaking channels like the News etc so maybe bring a firestick or table • As well as standard European plugs there was also some USB ports beside the bed • Cleaning was daily and was always spotless

• The shop sells pool floats for around £10 - £15 which we gave to the room next door when we left Some things of note:- • If you want something a bit special they have a ‘dinner on the beach’ experience which is amazing with a private areas setup with lights and music and a personal waiter with food to your taste

I know there have been some people who have experienced issues with Rhodes airport but we were through customs within 10 minutes and our bags were off the plane within 20 minutes

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy

The De - Luxe double room no 6022 we stayed in had a lively sea view. Our was kept so tidy and spotlessly clean by the most pleasant ladies Clea & Besiana, a big thank you to them

The food in the restaurants was excellent, with the variety and choice that was certainly a 5 star rating and that applies to the breakfast, lunch and evening meals, and those wonderful breakfast omelettes prepared in front of you by the most friendly and pleasant chefs, which i certainly now miss not having each morning

We can not praise the excellent standard of food served in all the restaurants enough. We would like to say a big thank you to all the most helpful and pleasant staff who worked tirelessly each day in all the restaurants

Me and my family had a very nice holiday at Esperos Mare Resort! The service in the reception was fantastic, upon arrival we asked to change rooms and within one hour we got a new room that lived up to our expectations! The hotel itself is very nice located right on the beach and the pool also had a nice view of the beach

This was for sure one of the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Great location, great people, great food, table with sweets during lunch and dinner was amazing, very good drinks in beach bar, nice entertainment programme

- Would have been very nice if there had been some pancakes/crepes at the pool/beach bar, otherwise nothing to complain about! - Slightly better black out curtains in the rooms would be nice

The cleaning of the rooms was great and when the staff noticed that our baby slept in the big bed with us they immediately changed the mattress pad to a big one (very much appriciated!)

In general, this is a great hotel that I highly recommend! Pros: - The room was perfect for a family of four! Great size and great with two bathrooms (one with shower and one toilet)

And one woman in the reception helped us contact the aiport to locate a backpack we had forgotten there! - Even though it is not marketed as such, it is a very child-friendly hotel

Main Restaurant "Ambrosia" - that's where you have your breakfast and dinner. All buffet style, however on some days you can request a Shef-special, which cookes specifically for you by the shef

Dishes to choose from are displayed by the entrance to the Restaurant. In the morning, there is a self-service at the champagne bar. Breakfast - is a buffet style. Restaurant "Castello" offered AleCart Menu

Special compliment to the pastry shef - so much to choose from and every evening something new! Please note, there are few dinning options in the hotel

We had a perfect week at this hotel the food is great and you have everything you need including a supermarket in the hotel (quite pricey I must say) but overall my stay was fantastic

However split on some days between sister Hotel Esperos Mare which is located at the same grounds and linked with the corridor. All staff members speak German and English besides native Greek languages

The entertainment for kids and adults is great, running all day on most days. It was getting towards the end of the season but everyone was fantastic. This was our 2nd visit and will definitely be back for more

Food, where can I start, breakfast has a vast range of fresh fruit, freshly baked pasties, continental options abound and you can also get a variety of hot options, bacon, various continental sausages, hash browns etc

Lunch and dinner have far too many options to choose from. Everything is fresh, dishes changed extremely frequently. Applause to the desert chefs, wow, the perfection in those deserts is amazing

Only thing to note is, it's worth taking a suction shower head holder as the fitting for it is only about 3½ feet from the ground but the flex is 2+ metres. The cleaning staff were brilliant

We loved the beach, the bar, the room, the pool table, the gym, the entertainment, the tennis courts, the easy access to shops and so much more

The hotel was spotlessly clean and it is clear how hard the staff work to maintain this. The food was delicious with so many amazing choices

There is a lot of parking spaces directly outside the rooms so if we stayed again I would hire a car to have the flexibility of travelling around the island without relying on taxis

My boyfriend and I have had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 7 days in a room with sea view, quite close to the reception and pools. The staff is hospitable and shows interest in how we are doing

The hotel was clean and peaceful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a little isolated but staff are happy to arrange taxis which arrive promptly

The food is very tasty! I recommend renting a car and driving around Rhodes. We took the car through the reception, there is a choice and the condition is new

Our room was far from the reception and was an uphill walk we had to take or wait for the shuttle bus which could have been more frequent

Just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at the Grecotel Dama Dama. Having the option of a huge chilled pool with the sea and beach right on your doorstep

Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing

Travelled here over the bank holiday weekend. Initially weren't happy with the first floor room as there was limited view and we had booked a sea view

The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all

Overall stay in this hotel was pleasant, the staff is very friendly. On site there is a small grassy area and play house for children.

The meal had to be pre ordered and once it arrived, it beared no resemblance to the items ordered! With hindsight we should have gone to the buffet and chosen our own meals which have generally have been very good

Good room, better than my home The bed is a little small for my 1m90, but it’s still really decent, with a nice sea view — even if there’s a building in front, you can still see the sunrise! The swimming pool near the gym is nice, but the other one is even better

We went to this hotel without any reservation, and Antonia was there to welcome us in the kindest way. She gave us one of the best rooms, which we loved so much. The room was huge, clean, and had a stunning view

Before arriving I’d emailed about my boyfriend’s birthday and Antonia was amazing, she helped me organise a cake and the hotel even gave a complimentary fruit basket and card, which made the day extra special

Amazing service and spacous apartments! Very clean! Great size balcony! Very welcoming staff, reception, restaurant and beach. A tad worn here and there but as long as it's clean we don't mind

She also recommended a few amazing restaurants that we loved from the first to the last one, suggesting food that was authentic, not a tourist trap, and at the same time traditional

They’re not the most stylish, quite simple but comfortable and nice balcony so no complaints! What really made the stay though was the staff, especially at reception

One suggestion would be if the management split the evening meal into an early and late sitting otherwise its fun at the bunfight buffet! Make sure you get what you paid for with your room ie seaview / side view etc All said, overall it was a nice holiday just not an outstanding one and for my part, i wont be returning to Rhodes

We stayed for a fortnight at the end of October and had a fantastic break. We were in a top floor sea view room (above the restaurant) which was a very comfortable room with spectacular views across the bay

Mainly German TV channels, there were some English (MTV was still tailored to the German music charts) Although there was a good selection of food in the restaurant & beach grill this was very similar every day (we always found plenty to eat & didn't feel the need to eat off site) Predominantly German and French guests (for the first week) who could be perceived as very rude at times

Pool area was great and pool bar served that area well. I love the beach so not having to pay for comfortable beds and having the big beach bar with food and drinks available right next to it was heaven for me

We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Pro's: Very well kept hotel with great facilities. Quiet location but only a few minutes drive (or Fun Train Ride) from Faliraki town

Our 10 days at Blue Sea Resort began with a shaky check-in but ended in pure joy. This four stars + gem has it all : a private beach with crystal-clear, shallow water, three pools, and food that’s simply amazing

The room was spacious, clean, modern and overlooking the beach. The resort offers a range of amenities for both relaxation and recreation. The outside gym with sea view was a blast! Evening animations were so much fun

Sun umbrellas, both by the pool and on the beach, are too small though, it's really difficult to have some shade on your sunbed. The beach is very pretty, with amazing views and wonderfully warm sea

1st class service from check in/out, bus times, late check out info. Not one bad thing to say about the food. Breakfast had everything you could ask for even onion rings !! Lunch and dinner catered for all foodies

Lager was Vap and mythros and they were just right during the hot days. Great view from the 7th floor although a little nervous sitting on the balcony as its a long way down when you look over the edge

Plenty of fish and different meats. Loved the hot grill area that served pizza and sonething special each day wether it was giant prawns cooked in ouzo or liver that was excellent

Loved the cushioned sun loungers by the 3 pools. Theres more that i have probably missed. The staff were always happy and smiling and would great you where ever you went

The hotel is clearly tailored almost exclusively for German tourists, which felt quite unwelcoming for those of us who are not German. The staff at reception did not speak English, making communication difficult

On a positive note, the food was excellent and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with reception

The bathroom design is also poor — when you shower, water splashes out even if you press yourself against the shower wall, resulting in a flooded floor

All in all, we had a nice holiday, but due to these issues, especially the sense of being treated differently, I wouldn’t return

My husband got sick and needed some extra rest before our flight, so we asked for a late check-out and offered to pay for it

They refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked — but when I checked online, rooms were still available on Booking

I miss him a lot Im giving a shout out to the bar man that works behind the bar of the snack bar of an evening (cant remember his name ) what a kind and lovely guy he is and very hardworking, when I come back in september of next yr, you can do me a lovely cheese and ham toastie because they are tasty

Grounds are really nice with lots of pool areas to use with a slide. Beach access is lovely with a sandy beach but lots of pebbles when you enter the water. Bus stop is right outside hotel to Rhodes town €2

Reception staff and friendly and helpful. I wish pantellis ( H ) well, I will never forget you huggybear, a very nice guy he was and we had a laugh and he always came over and spoke to me

Free kini bar in your room topped up daily inc bottles of water. Beds v comfy and nice pillows. Food was good with 1 al la carte meal inc. Buffet food was good unless you are very fussy

The teams of employees are enriched with people from other countries who also know at least one foreign language and work together as a team in complete harmony

It certainly plays an important role if this hotel wants to change its general perception and transform from an all-inclusive hotel into a higher quality hotel

To our delight, when we checked in, the front desk staff had prepared a sandwich and a pear for each of us, which was very helpful since we were quite hungry

Everything is nearby — only a 5-minute walk to the sea, about 10 minutes to the center of Faliraki, and bus stops to Rhodes or Lindos are close by. I wouldn’t change a thing about my vacation here

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 6 days and it exceeded our expectations!!! The staff were friendly and accommodating and every day there was events on (kareoke/ trips/ zumba in the pool) that you could choose to partake in which created such a fun environment

But if someone expects ten kinds of cakes, meats, or eggs, an endless list of drinks- then I suggest choosing a 5-star hotel instead of one with a lower rating, and not complaining afterward that everything was bad

Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating; particularly, the front desk staff arranged taxis for us to reach our desired destinations, and they coordinated with maintenance and housekeeping as needed

We have never met such wonderful people anywhere (and we’ve traveled to many countries). They were always smiling, helpful, and kind. We could go on and on about how great they were

A friendly family run apartment block, nice clean spacious rooms but severely lack kitchen equipment. There was no toaster or kettle in our room, a few random sized plates and saucers, 3 odd stained mugs and two glasses

There is no pool at this accommodation, although some photos show one, its not theirs. They say you can use pools near by, yes you can, one charges 20 euro per person per day which includes lunch which is statutory

There are another couple of pools near by but they do expect you to use their on site cafe facilities and cannot take your own drinks or food in. The accommodation advertises a shuttle bus, but they dont have one

A few random knife, forks and spoons, 3 pans. We asked for a kettle and was given a well worn one with half the lid missing, and a partially melted toaster which we borrowed from our friends in another room

The beds were uncomfortable. Towels and sheets changed once weekly but they did advise that if we wanted a change between this time we would have to let them know

Great big balcony with a jacuzzi to fit whole family! You can see sea and beautiful sunsets directly from balcony and also from inside apartment through wall sized windows. Apartment has nice and clean modern look

We had rental car in use and it was short drive to city center, many beaches and other attractions. Our host was very friendly and showed how everything works in apartment in great detail

It was much larger than we imagined with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for three of us! The best features were the amazing view and the two patios - one with a hot tub. I can’t recommend this place enough

Somehow regardless our high expectations, when we get to see it up close, we where still surprised with the apartment as a whole. Really modern design and utilities! The view from the balcony is priceless

Livingroom and both bedrooms have separate air conditioning units. There is cafe place other side of road. Supermarket, 247market, some restaurants and confectionery are quite near
