Great service and customer appreciation. There is traffic noise due to being on a Main Street, many atvs returning back to Fira at night.

Staff always checked with us if we needed anything restocked and the deliver right away. Also provided maps and recommendations to get around. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable

They are very carrying and nice. They will inform you of where to go. You can walk from there to where ever you want to go. But I couldn’t walk, because of a knee replacement

We had a rental car and it had a private parking garage of 4-5 slots where we parked. It’s beside a busy road, you will occasionally hear traffic noise

Very friendly staff, we arrived at 8am and since our room was already ready, they allowed us to check-in rather than wait until 3pm, which was very helpful as we were able to rest from jetlag and the time difference

Lots of pools are overlooked not just at this hotel due to the close proximity of the hotels. Fantastic clean room with delicious breakfast with a good choice. Margareta was a perfect friendly host willing to help

Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the caldera is pretty special. Also Margarita is super legit and will provide recommendations and will make sure your stay is exceptional

If you are planning on staying in Imerovigli while on Santorini , which you should, this spot is highly recommended

The hotel sits right beneath Akastus Café & Cocktail Bar, with Aegean Restaurant just above and a lively square nearby. We truly lucked out with this spot and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Greece

Excellent location. Visited twice, once for dinner and 2nd time early evening drinks. Stunning views. Tho my meal was stuffed up, ordered mussels got mushroom....that aside still worthy of a Visit.

My wife and I came here summer of 2015 when the place was new. There was no hot tub then, but the place was fantastic! Great views & walking distance to the main town(20 minutes)

Property itself have everything you need for a few days or long stays. Wifi is pretty decent though can be weak in certain areas like the cave bedroom and near outdoor jacuzzi

Gorgeous suite in Imerovigli with astonishing view of the volcano and Skaros Rock. The host was great and he told us everything we need to know about Santorini

Breakfast included and you could get different baked items and eggs and such but amazing yogurt w/honey! Adi and his team made us feel so special, and helped us with our bags, organized our ATV, and organized a couples massage in the room

- Clean room - Bathroom shower did not have a door or a divider so water went everywhere - Only had one staff, but met expectations - Hot tub was not hot at all, staff said needed attention from maintenance - lots of bugs in the room

I recommend getting takeout dinner and doing the sunset from your deck, no different than going to a restaurant! They provided robes and slippers, and it was a nice touch that the female robe was smaller (if you know you know)

Dreamy suite in Fira Absolutely breathtaking views from the dreamy white washed suite! Adi was outstanding with his kind service! Great location in the heart of Fira. Hot tub was a dream for our sunset champagne. 10/10

I would stay here again! We had the honeymoon suite which is the biggest. Only thing I would watch out for is some of the suites the hot tub is not directly connected to the suite

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view was gorgeous and we sat outside for hours. There was a little jacuzzi on the ledge and tons of seating area to eat breakfast and enjoy the view.

Definitely bang for your buck when it comes to the views! This hotel is not only in a great city location, but it is close to a parking lot and only down one flight of stairs which is very helpful when you have heavy suitcases

We stayed 21st - 28th sept only small hotel 6 rooms. Staff are excellent couldn’t do enough for you. We had superior suite which is largest and for price can’t beat it

Stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious with a huge bed, nice sized bathroom, but it was the balcony and the view that sealed the deal

We had a wonderful time at Dreams Luxury Suites! Our room was beautiful, clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. The location was great, and the view was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay.

The patio with the hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, and table is perfect to enjoy the sun and weather. Hot tub is warm and can be used on cool nights. The pool is not heated so hard to use when the weather is cool

The service is out of this world, “Superman” Sonny lives up to his nickname, and the beautiful Mary at the front desk takes care of anything you may need (the best recommendations, booking a rental car, ordering taxis, she really does it all!) Although it’s a bit far from the center of Fira, you can drive directly from town to a spot near the apartment. There are some steps from the road to the reception, but the helpful staff will assist you with your luggage

The area is not an easy place to access beaches or much shopping. Also, there are no staff at the property and we had to download all of our personal passport information on email prior to check in - not a warm reception

This room was okay, the bathroom was not good. The shower was not a pleasant experience and the area was shared with the toilet. It was rather smelly from its inability to be aired out - no windows and no fan

I would definitely recommend this place. Marina is very friendly and explains everything very clearly. The hostel had a rooftop and provides some fruits and breakfast. The room is not too big but enough just for sleeping

Very convenient, next central bus station (2€) and city center with many restaurant and supermarket nearby. If you do not want ne screw in some dodgy place and have nice memories all your life, it is the place to be

Some girls were a bit noisy, like talking on the phone until like 10:30pm but it is her problem. But you need to be quiet in the evening if you're staying in a dorm
