The shower had great water pressure also. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From reservations to towels to teaching language
We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!!
The complex is outstanding, with several beautifully maintained pools and surrounds
We spent quite a few evenings in Fira, with us only about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel. The choice of restaurants overlooking the Caldera is brilliant. I figure in the peak tourist period, best to book
We were OK for a walkin being there Oct 1-5. We caught the bus from Fira to Oia, takes around 30 minutes or so. OMG, the views are exceptional, once in a lifetime
Great location there’s 4 levels and 4 pools so you can get a spot by it. It’s located right on the cliff so you can have a view of the sunset uninterrupted
Breakfast is included it the room rate, and although not a five star buffet, the breakfast was OK, especially sitting outside overlooking the main pool area
Lovely hotel, incredible views especially at sunrise. Breakfast in the room superb! Excellent choice and all hot and fresh. Good shower, spacious and comfortable beds. Great location 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants
Don't hesitate for a minute to book your next vacation at Dream Island hotel. The attention to detail is impeccable and the best value in Fira
Well- I am back for my 3rd visit and it is as amazing- spectacular and truly special as I remembered from last year. I would never think of staying anywhere else in Santorini
I have stayed in 5 star hotels not half as nice. The breakfast is amazing ; brought to your room in the morning. The rooms are spotless and so so charming
Amazing pool area, breakfast delivered to your door and a 2 minute walk to all the action yet very quiet!
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
And everything you need is within walking distance a huge plus!
We stayed in mid-October 2025 and belong located on a crest of the island, you can see the sunrise and sunset either from your room or a 75 steps away from Three Bells
Good location to explore Santorini from, with parking easily avaliable on site
From the moment we arrived at Santorini Palace Hotel, we knew we were in for something special but nothing could have prepared us for the level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we received from the staff
The room we had effectively had a private pool and was exceptionally clean with great air conditioning and also looked brand new
This is an exceptional property, do not hesitate to book Santorini Palace
The gym is ok but some of the machines are a bit outdated and rusty. Small negative things: the one young worker that was at the restaurant and pool bar needs some training on social skills or maybe costumer service
We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel!
The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)
Friendliest staff ever, lovely and quiet in October, immaculately clean, great breakfast, complimentary bottle of fizz with our ******* booking and less than 10 minutes walk to Fira
We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel
My wife and I had an incredible 3 days at the Majestic hotel. The room, staff, pool, and views were all top notch. Special shout out to Amin and the food
His kindness and energy really brought something special to our stay — we looked forward to seeing him each day!
If you visit The Majestic, make sure to find Amin — he’ll truly make your experience unforgettable
Amin went above and beyond every day. He took the time to teach us fun Greek phrases, recommended the most delicious food and drinks (every single one was spot on!), and made us feel completely at home
Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. We appreciate all your wonderful hospitality
Nice hotel, well located, unfortunately the pool service was poor, the bar tender never was paying attention to the customers at the pool. Hard time to order something from the bar
We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town
The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are impeccably cleaned daily. Its location is also very convenient, close to several attractions in the center of the island.
It is suitable for friends to spend a vacation
The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys
View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good. The hotel is away from the center of fira which was great. Free shuttle to Fira for shopping and restaurants
The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was spectacular; the views were amazing, the food at the hotel was also amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon.
I'll definitely recommend it to my friends; it's the best spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, I absolutely loved it. The breakfast was also very plentiful, but we had to get up early to take photos
This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room
My first time to Greece and it started here. Continental breakfast was the BEST, I have ever had. No doubt I would book this again. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Traveled with 75 year old mother who doesn't do stairs well so this was an obvious concern traveling to Santorini
We had the best time in Petra honeymoon villas! the staff were caring and amazing. The view is stunning, and the pool is great.
I could go on and on about this place. Absolutely phenomenal experience on our honeymoon
My wife & I recently stayed at Honeymoon Petra Villas, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views — truly some of the most spectacular we’ve ever seen
The property itself is stunning, perched high above the cliffs with views that photos simply can’t do justice. The rooms are beautifully designed, combining luxury with authentic Santorini charm
Everything feels thoughtful and serene. Even the choice of music played each day around the pool was perfect. What made our stay even more special were the hosts
They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. If you’re dreaming of a truly unforgettable Santorini experience, Honeymoon Petra Villas is it
This hotel was beautiful, short walking distance to everything. MAGGIE, the poolside bartender was absolutely fantastic and made our stay. She is lovely. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
He even gave me a towel every day I went to the gym so I wouldn’t have to pay for one every time. He also made sure I got my laundry the same day. It’s these “little” details that make a place memorable
The lady at the snack bar at the pool gets a 100/10. She was the best hospitality ambassador you could ever wish for. She was friendly, energetic, and so helpful
I stayed at the Daedalus Hotel in Santorini and had a wonderful time. The property is well-maintained, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for a vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Daedalus in Santorini! The location in Fira was absolutely perfect for walking around. The absolute best part of our experience was Maggie at the pool
This is a great hotel, perfect location very close to downtown and transportation. Hotel has all amenities and it’s very clean. I recommend this hotel.
Communication was flawless through what's app for all needs from shuttle to booking spa/gym and ordering meals. We cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the lovely staff
The staff is amazing, very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. Great place for relaxation and sea views. Nice villa, clean and spacious
The chef deserves huge appreciation for the amazing food everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly clean. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and comfortable
The property itself is breathtaking with a beautiful landscape, stunning views, and an atmosphere that feels peaceful yet luxurious. I can confidently say this resort deserves not just 5 stars, but more
The facilities are to a very high standard and our bungalow was clean and spacious. The only drawback was that the self catering facilities were limited. There was a hob and fridge in the house but no microwave or oven
We are very happy to recommend this resort to those who want a high quality resort a little away from the hustle and bustle of Fira at rates that are very competitive compared to the caldera side complexes
We loved our stay at On The Rocks for our honeymoon! It is a smaller hotel with cozy cave-like rooms built into the side of the cliff. It seemed like all couples and a few girls trips staying here
Exceptional staff making the stay even more enjoyable!
Definitely recommend! The staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay more enjoyable, comfortable, and overall a pleasant experience. The view from our room was spectacular
We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had
The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting
Amazing view, well equipped room, friendly staff! Only downside is if you want to travel around by bus, you’ll have to go back to Fira every time to transfer.
Located in Imerovigli, Santorini region, La Maltese Estate is set less than 1 km from Skaros. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Great location walking distance to bus station and all Fira shops and restaurants. Property was very clean and nice staff.
The property is a typical small boutique hotel. Limited rooms, but great location. Staff, particularly Mia were great!
Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious The staff were all very warm and friendly. The young girl who worked in the restaurant was so sweet and kind. We appreciated the delicious breakfast as well
great service, just outside of fira so it's not too busy or noisy. clean and spacious.
Thank you to the hotel and the MIA manager
Overall, the hotel is rated 3 to 3. 5 stars, and Ctrip's 4-diamond rating is too high
Reception (kosta?) Was of great help, provided lots of pro tips around the island, excellent food recommendation which was of great benefit! (Esp during the lull season) Hotel view was also breath taking
We stayed here in early December, in the off-season. The hospitality was exceptional
Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold
Kostas was very helpful and helped guide us through everything a tourist would need and more. This isn’t something you’d get at an ordinary hotel and I think that’s what made this experience so much more elevated
The hotel itself was very clean. The pool wasn’t set up because we came in the off season and the winds are too crazy to be outdoors much as is. The breakfast was simple but yummy and got the job done
I would come back though, they have great breakfast and awesome looking pool and in a nice spot but still close to everything
Compared to Oia, I personally found this location much better… it wasn’t overcrowded, and I could enjoy the scenery in peace and quiet
Great stay, very clean and easy process to check in even though we arrived a little later in the day. We found the location to be perfect as it’s next to the caldera without as much people in Oia or in the center of Fira
She deserves a big raise!!!
The hotel is in an excellent location and just steps away from an amazing view and restaurants, etc
She went above and beyond in every way, giving us advice on the best places to visit, offering her WhatsApp number in case we needed anything at all (from apartment queries to general tourism tips), and even arranging taxi transfers for a very fair €30
The shower, while clean and nice, is a little small, and having a longer glass panel would help stop water from spilling out. But these are really minor things compared to how lovely everything else was
When our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night, Maria kindly waited for us, which immediately set the tone for the amazing hospitality we experienced throughout our stay
The room's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Fira town, just a 3-4 minute walk away. Contacting the hotel in advance ensured a bellhop would bring your luggage from the shuttle point to your room
It's located in the heart of Fira, just a 7-minute walk from Fira's central bus station, a 5-minute walk from a large supermarket, and a 3-minute walk from a variety of restaurants offering sunset views
The breakfast is five-star quality, and sipping coffee while gazing at the Aegean Sea is truly an unforgettable experience. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable and the sleep quality is excellent
The front desk staff provided efficient and high-quality service and tourist information from the moment the booking was made until check-in. Five stars! Excellent value for money, definitely worth staying at!
Secondly, the hotel breakfast was delicious and generously portioned, delivered promptly to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view while savoring your meal. Thirdly, the cave room had two 1
The only minor issue is that the bathroom, due to its structure, can get a little moldy, but it's not a major concern
Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts
A really lovely hotel, which feels like a sanctuary from the noisy bustle of Fira, although the location is very central. Simple, lovely room, which was spotless and comfortable
The staff made the rooms spotless every day. The location of the Hotel is very good. The hotel is not cheap but its position is worth it
Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!
First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants
Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition
If there's one place I dream of returning to, it's the Tsitouras Collection. Next time I'm in Santorini, I won't think of staying anywhere else but here
Super nice and cozy hotel. Nice view of the Caldera and ships coming and going from the balconies. Each room has a very exquisite art collection!
This was our sixth stay at The Tsitouras Collection, and once again, everything was flawless. We spent two nights in the beautiful House of Portraits, a refined two-bedroom suite full of art, history, and character
This Hotel and the Team are special. The rooms are spacious with fantastic and unique decor. The views are breathtaking, nothing like we have seen in all the travel we have done
Cycladic architecture meets the old time's charm. Adding to that is an infinity pool that seems to float in the sky and boasts a magnificent view over the caldera
The support from George and his Team are second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable
Room was perfect, staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!! Enjoy everything. Very convenient location
My friends and I also had the chance to experience their private Spa space as a treat for my birthday trip! Happy I made the choice for us to book this hotel and would recommend to others visiting Santorini!
Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The breakfast was wonderful with a daily changing menu, all fresh and homemade. Pool is perfect with a snack bar available. About 15 min walk into downtown area
The included breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options (including some for restrictive diets). If we come back to Santorini, we'd probably stay here again
My friends and I had a great experience at the Anatoli Hotel and Spa for my birthday trip this past September
The manager Evaggelia was soo nice and accommodating from our email correspondence to meeting in person! The hotel was very nice, definitely pleasantly surprised! Our room window view was perfect for sunrise and sunset, great pool and bar area and cute breakfast room with traditional Greek breakfast
Located in Fira just 4 km away from the airport and 8 km from the port, Melina Hotel is built in the traditional Cycladic architectural style. All bright rooms at Melina open to a private balcony with Aegean Sea or pool view.
Unbeatable caldera view and excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants though many were closed in low season. Only negative is the poorer condition of the shower.
The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.
Great location and priced because it was in early November. I highly recommend this place.
We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year!
I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference
The location is OK, the hygiene is average, the facilities are average, the breakfast is very poor, and there were multiple power outages during the two nights.
breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool
