- Clean room
- Bathroom shower did not have a door or a divider so water went everywhere
- Only had one staff, but met expectations
- Hot tub was not hot at all, staff said needed attention from maintenance
- lots of bugs in the room

Dreamy suite in Fira
Absolutely breathtaking views from the dreamy white washed suite! Adi was outstanding with his kind service! Great location in the heart of Fira. Hot tub was a dream for our sunset champagne. 10/10

Great location central location. Amazing staff. Short walk to the main bus station in Fira. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars day and night. I highly recommend this place

Absolutely amazing! This hotel has went above and beyond for us from the beginning. The manager is amazing. We booked a boat tour that said it was at 9:30 which really was at 8:30 leave time which was the same time we set up for breakfast and we went to cancel it. He ended up coming in early and had our breakfast done by 8am so we could make our 8:30 tour and have breakfast as well. He set up everything to insure we’re going to get to the airport on time and even will come in early to help with our luggage.

We had the expectation that our hot tub is right outside our room but we had to go one level above instead. I would expect that it would be mentioned in the booking that it is split level. Disappointing.

We had such an amazing stay at Aperto suites! Amazing unbeatable views, location was amazing. I recommend getting takeout dinner and doing the sunset from your deck, no different than going to a restaurant! They provided robes and slippers, and it was a nice touch that the female robe was smaller (if you know you know). Breakfast included and you could get different baked items and eggs and such but amazing yogurt w/honey! Adi and his team made us feel so special, and helped us with our bags, organized our ATV, and organized a couples massage in the room. I would stay here again! We had the honeymoon suite which is the biggest. Only thing I would watch out for is some of the suites the hot tub is not directly connected to the suite.
