This is a very, very amazing hotel. The service is simply better than many five-star hotels. All the service staff are very professional. In the early morning of the check-in day, they even delivered pizza, helped with luggage and called taxis, and even gave you a small gift. It was really worth it. I could go on and on about this place. Absolutely phenomenal experience on our honeymoon. From the room to the view to the room service, breakfast and incredible staff who welcomed us like it was our home! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to vacation here. Dimitria was especially kind and hospitable to us during our stay!

Location, location, location! Absolutely spectacular. Wonderful views from the room, terraces, breakfast room and infinity pool. Pool is really big and deep, allows for a sporty swim. Staff is very kind. Free private parking lot is included, so is access to the gym (by the parking). Porter will come to assist you with luggage. Rich and authentic breakfast.

The hotel is perched high up above Imerovigli with spectacular views. The rooms are beautiful, we stayed in the honeymoon suites and the staff are always happy to help. The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. My stay at the Pegasus Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were amazing — so friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. The staff is super friendly and helpful no complain about that but the facilities were bad. The breakfast was not good. Not too many options to eat. The view from my new room was incredible.

I loved it! This was my favorite hotel during our 10-day trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and reassuring. The cleanliness was also excellent. The view from the window of the Sunrise Suite I booked was incredible.

I don't recommend this hotel. Half of the rooms are located in the back, not in the view room, and are located in the basement of the front row rooms. It's not nice to have to go through the garage to get to the lobby. The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price.

The hotel was excellent. The food was spectacular. The service from Polynthia at the front desk and Katerine in the restaurant made you feel like gods. I would definitely return.

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very enthusiastic and greet guests with a smile, the restaurant is also very delicious, and seeing that we had several meals in a row, the chef sent us desserts, which made us happy!

Absolutely stunning hotel! It felt like the most beautiful area in Santorini. 🏘️ While waiting to check in, they even offered a glass of sparkling wine, which was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast was also incredibly filling. This hotel truly maximized the experience of traveling in Santorini!

The hotel has a very beautiful view. We were automatically upgraded to a room and were very satisfied. The view and comfort are our top priorities. Living here is much more cost-effective than living in Oia/Fira. Most importantly, there are not many people. Since we drive, the location is also convenient. There is a parking lot nearby.
