The room was clean but the towels were hard and old. This hotel is not 5 star hotel. I had to pay an upgrade cause my first room with the jacuzzi was not good. Great location, Imerovigli is the best area to stay in in Santorini - has the best food REALLY. Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! Unfortunately, this was the most expensive but also the most unpleasant stay experience of our entire European trip. Although the staff were very patient in helping to resolve the issues, doing things properly from the beginning would have greatly improved the first impression for guests.

At the time, we were given a cell phone in case we needed anything. There are 2 rooms & we stayed in the one furthest away from the entrance. It had the better views. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed in.

Gorgeous suite in Imerovigli with astonishing view of the volcano and Skaros Rock. The host was great and he told us everything we need to know about Santorini. The hot tub above the suite is amazing especially during Sunset. Overall a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay.

Best suite ever stayed at We stayed in the loft suite and it was one of the best suites i have stayed in the aesthetic was amazing and the outside terrace was massive and i sat out every single day in the pool taking in the views. Would highly recommended to anyone.
