This is a very, very amazing hotel. The service is simply better than many five-star hotels. All the service staff are very professional. In the early morning of the check-in day, they even delivered pizza, helped with luggage and called taxis, and even gave you a small gift. It was really worth it. I could go on and on about this place. Absolutely phenomenal experience on our honeymoon. The hotel is perched high up above Imerovigli with spectacular views. The rooms are beautiful, we stayed in the honeymoon suites and the staff are always happy to help. The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. I travel a lot and always in very nice hotels. I cannot say enough about the incredible service the employees give you in this hotel. It’s above 5 star. Easily the best place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Put this one on your bucket list. Take note, lots of stairs to climb but well worth it.

Excellent location, very unique and friendly staff. Parking in the area could get a little hectic but overall you should be able to find one within 5 min walk.

The hotel management is good and it's quite convenient for getting around, as you can take public transportation.

We were impressed by the elegance and exclusivity of Kivotos Santorini. The volcanic-inspired design and panoramic caldera views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are comfortable, some even with private pools, and the service is warm and personalized. The hotel’s Mavro restaurant offers refined and memorable cuisine. An excellent choice for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter. We couldn't use the pool and the restaurant was closed. Outside of that the staff were brilliant and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Amazing view, well equipped room, friendly staff! Only downside is if you want to travel around by bus, you’ll have to go back to Fira every time to transfer.

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting...

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Can't recommend this place enough. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is as perfect as possible for your stay. The location is perfect. Close enough to a few restaurants, far enough away from the chaos of Santorini. The view is priceless. Regina Mare was everything we hoped for while visiting Santorini. Jenny and her staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny shared a lot of tips for visiting the island, from great restaurants, to catamaran trips to using the public bus system. We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was incredible, very relaxing. Nearest town is less than a 10min drive and Oia is about a 20min drive. Would recommend a car as it’s a bit out of the way but great location to scoot around the island as well. We had a nice room with private small balcony with a view of the volcano, amazing sunsets. The room had 2 levels. The bed on the entrance level, but the bathroom was downstairs. Lovely Stay at Abelonas Retreat Golden East moved my booking here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and I could see both the sunrise and sunset – absolutely beautiful views. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was really good. Even though the weather wasn’t great during my stay, the overall experience at Abelonas Retreat was very nice.

We stayed in the room with the loft. The views were stunning. The front desk guy was very informative about the area. It is the perfect place as home base while exploring. 30 min walk to Fira. Brilliant Hotel! Thank you! My partner and I stayed her for a week in July. This was possibly the best hotel we have ever been too! The view from the hotel is beautiful and Vaggelis and his entire family are the perfect hosts. Not the best hotel in Santorini. The room is alright. Outdated, the room is divided into 3 parts, bathroom, then bed in the middle, the small sitting area with TV. You can't watch the tv from your bed. Pros: free delicious breakfast (starts at 8:30am), beautiful view of the Caldera. Cons: outdated, shower look dirty, pool is very very small and the hot tub was not working at that time. No reception...

Loved our stay at Ilioperato! Family run, every one was so nice and welcoming. The location in Imerovigli was perfect! Short walk to restaurants, but far enough from the main stretch to allow for a quiet, romantic retreat. Would definitely book here again!
