In the early morning of the check-in day, they even delivered pizza, helped with luggage and called taxis, and even gave you a small gift. They also upgraded our room for free

The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible

The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day

Pro tip: if you are looking for the best quiet luxury experience, look no further. Everyone and everything was perfect. From the reservation with Lia, pick up at the airport with Costas, reception with Matina and Haris

But the service at the hotel may have beaten even the beauty of Santorini. The entire staff there is five-star and the best service I’ve received anywhere in the world

Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business

The staff were kind, thoughtful, lovely, friendly, and truly helpful. They even assisted us in finding another hotel that allowed children. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and support

  It’s quaint and a small (luxury) hotel, where you can relax without chaos! There is no sunset view of the domes,  Only small plus would have been if the hotel provided an hourly shuttle between Fira and Oia (the hotel is in between) as the bus only travels one way, which means you have to go to Oia first then to Fira, and then another bus to get to the hotel from Fira

What a fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff from the moment you arrive. Beautiful room and pool area. Food at the restaurant was lovely too. Highly recommend.

Complimentary breakfast is excellent, albeit limited tables overlooking the ocean with shade, the service and food make up for it!  We were upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of rosé and water upon check in and, chocolate and more water at turn down service

The hotel is very nice, the environment and service are also very good. It is a good place for vacation and the scenery is super beautiful. I will introduce it to my friends next time. The breakfast is also very good

(4Euro as two buses or 20Euro per ride). Service was exceptional from reception to dining, special kudos to our receptionist lady whose name started with F… and Eleini at lunch

It was long and quiet, so it was great. It's a little far from the main town, but they provide a shuttle. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter

We couldn't use the pool and the restaurant was closed. Outside of that the staff were brilliant and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We would stay again and we highly recommend it

The hotel has an amazing view and beautiful pools. Each room has its own small soaking type pool that we did not utilize because it was cold and windy. The place really felt shuttered so not as enjoyable

The hotel is lovely but we were there in mid November and were not able to enjoy the hotel to it's fullest as everything was shut down and the pools were all too cold to enjoy

Best hotel ever! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Even when our arrival time changed and we suddenly asked them to arrange a transfer service, they gladly accepted our request and welcomed us warmly

After checking out, they even allowed us to take a shower, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped us. If I ever have the chance to visit Santorini again, I would definitely choose this hotel

Wonderful experience, best hotel I've stayed in. Allowed me to check in early because of ferry issues, they were very accommodating and even prepared a breakfast box because I had to leave early

We originally booked Gorgona Villas, but upon arrival, the porter led us down many winding steps to Regina Mare, a sister property which they transferred us to due to availability

From any point of the hotel's territory there are magnificent landscape panoramas everywhere! Nourishing and quality breakfasts are buffet style. There are rooms with personal mini pools with built-in compressors

We stayed at Gizis Exclusive and our experience was simply magical! From the first moment we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and, to our great joy, they upgraded our room, giving us accommodation in a larger and more comfortable exclusive room with all the amenities

the lady at the reception is so kind and helps you with everything. the chef and other staff are so hospitable and make jokes with you :) it was a wonderful experience everything was 10/10 i recommend for sure

Just perfect all around... Stunning comfortable rooms, epic shower and glorious views over the volcano and ocean from the pool area . Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Perfect location between Fira and Oia.

We have access to the pool from 10 am to 10 pm, it is a small pool, but at this time of year (end October) it was empty and in the hot sun it felt nice. Overall very happy of our stay here, it was pleasant and calm

Wonderful lady greeting us at check in, she was overly joyful, but it was refreshing, she was a great hostess. The view is fantastic, from the pool, the lounge, and our room

The location is perfect because you are close to restaurants, convenience stores/gift shops, and about a 11 minute walk to the bus station in Fira

Located very high up in Imerovigli, the views of Oia and the rest of the island are breathtaking, and one of the best places to see the sunset.

My wife and I recently stayed for five nights and our stay was incredible, thanks in large part to Eddie's service and hospitality

We were already tired coming from our room to the path from our bottom-floor room. There might be slightly more accessible rooms elsewhere but Santorini is tough for walking

From arranging transportation to working with us for an extra night's stay after our ferry was cancelled, he went above and beyond ensure our stay was amazing

The entire staff are amazing hard working, friendly people. We stayed for 5 nights and it is hard to leave. The pool is refreshing and truly the best views I have ever seen

We stayed at the Tholos for 2 nights and our experience was fantastic The location is wonderful - in Imerovigli. It is close by to many cafés and bars , and also just 10-15 mins walk to Fira

The staff at Tholos is excellent , as soon as we arrived - Victor helped us with our luggage down to the room. Dimitris and Marianna who are at the reception are wonderful people

Right from our welcome drinks till the time we left - both of them attended to all our queries with a smile and ensured we are well taken care of

Had juice delivered with hair in it, was supposed to be replaced - they don’t bother to bring you a fresh glass or even mention that they won’t bring it

Asked the server to replace it when they got it to the room, you’ll not see the server again even though they mention they’ll replace

Our Room was very clean and neat and had wonderful Caldera view and we could watch the sunset from there

The pool is amazing feature with breathtaking view.

Pros: free delicious breakfast (starts at 8:30am), beautiful view of the Caldera. Cons: outdated, shower look dirty, pool is very very small and the hot tub was not working at that time

Joanna was in contact with us before our arrival. They also make arrangements for our pick up from the airport. Asked us for our breakfast options and delivered them to our room every morning

The location in Imerovigli was perfect! Short walk to restaurants, but far enough from the main stretch to allow for a quiet, romantic retreat. Would definitely book here again!

Absolutely charming resort with an unbelievable view of the entire island. We reserved a room that had both an outdoor balcony and a rooftop you can access for panoramic view of the entire island

The room is spacious and clean and has everything that I need. I slept comfortably and had no issue. P provided early check in and early breakfast as I needed to leave early

Certainly will stay again if I go to Santorini again. If you fancy hiking to Oia, the hotel is just on the way, hence you can check in and start hiking to Oia

Love the staff, they're all so friendly!! The location is convenient, 5 min walk to the bus station and around 20 min walk to Fira. The apartment itself is nice and quiet at night. Really enjoy the stay here!!

The view was amazing! They brought us a decent breakfast to the porch so we could enjoy it looking at the caldera. I missed a coffee maker and a microwave in the room but that’s all. We had a very good stay there!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful, the food is exactly as you would expect, the Technogym fitness centre brilliant, but it is the staff who make this place truly exceptional

The caldera/ocean view was amazing. The area around the resort was also not as crowded as Oia or Fira. The service was also great!

We booked the Cream Suite with a caldera view and a plunge pool for our honeymoon

Our stay was amazing! All of the staff in addition to being attentive to all our needs, provided great recomendations for restaurants and things to do around the island

Every morning, we had breakfast brought out to our balcony table which was an amazing start to the day. The location was fantastic as it’s very close to Imerovigli allowing us to walk to Fira if we were feeling up for it

We were able to view the sunset from the heated plunge pool which was covered from view of other guests

Additionally, this suite has its own private entrance so while you could see other guests over the fence, no one would be walking into your balcony area. Overall 10/10, you’ll have a great time if you book here!

The pools are barely heated. We booked the Mystic suite with the cave pool which really just meant the whole suite was like a sauna due to moisture. Breakfast was really good. Staff were great.

Everything was perfect, but the service during the breakfast. There was only one waiter and he was very unfriendly. All the other employees were very attentive and friendly, especially the girls at the front desk!
