It was indeed memorable experience. We enjoyed the tranquility in the area and the beautiful sunset. Breakfast was amazingly good with full of choices and beautiful landscape. The staff were very friendly yet polite

The unexpected room upgrade was a totally pleasing experience as well. All stuff were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a warm smile and quick to assist with any needs or questions

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter

And then, on top of that, the rooms were super cozy (had everything we could need including a super comfy bed), the breakfast every morning on the terrace was super relaxing and the drinks were the best on the island (made with the utmost care)

We were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was extremely spacious, with great views from the balcony where you could have your breakfast, a large and strong shower room and comfy bed! The hospitality was 10/10! With really friendly staff who couldn’t do more for you

10sq m rooms are definitely enough for a couple of days. All the amenities (coffee and tea set, mini-bar, hair dryer, bathroom amenities) are in the room

Nice location, good view. Not the full sunset unfortunately. Had some issues with the room, was nicely handled. Rooms are a bit small maybe.

When I walked down the first few steps and saw our view I was blown away, it’s located in the most idillic place, about 25 minutes walk from Fira (the main town) and in the quiet area of Imerovigli

Great hotel, quiet, very well maintained. The staff is very attentive and nice. The restaurant on site is perfect and the food is very good. A varied choice. I recommend it 200%. The price/quality ratio is optimal.

The location is not that convenient, but the facilities were very good. It was great to spend time in the hot tub basking in the morning sun rising over the Aegean Sea.

The staff are all amazing, incredibly welcoming & so willing to help you with anything ! They organised private pickups to and from the hotel everywhere we went

The water was colder than I had expected, but I have been told it’s typical for the island (plus we went late September so temperatures were only 26c) and once you are in the pool, it’s comfortable! The breakfast was yummy & satisfying

The location is away from all the hustle and bustle of the island which was perfect for us- and only a few minutes drive to! The sunrise views were incredible. Highly recommend staying at Amber Light!

They gave recommendations for things to do on the island and made sure we had safe transportation around the island as well. If you have the chance to stay here, STAY AT AMBER LIGHT LUXURY VILLAS!!!

Hotel restaurant Ammilos , part of the hotel, was beautiful, the food and service once again were excellent and the views, breathtaking! Rooms, we booked the honeymoon suit with caldera view and a private hot tub, we were blown away, we had room 18, it was very private and as it was the lowest floor nobody walked passed the room

The suites are beautiful and you have a whole patio and hot tub to your own. My only constructive feedback is that I’d love if the restaurant had more Greek dishes. Anna was especially kind and helpful

West East suites was just right! I stayed in their Superior suite which is elevated above the pathway, providing way more privacy than a lot of other places. Honestly wish I could lease something like that back home 😩

The pedestrian walkways that take you around town are literally directly in front of the outdoor/pool areas of private rooms. May not be an issue for some, but for me I wanted more privacy

A lot of what we wanted to do was in Oia, so we had to get multiple transfers (made our trip more pricey), BUTTTTT the location of the hotel was more secluded, quiet, and honestly just perfect if you’re not looking for it to be crowded right outside of your hotel like it is in Oia— close walk to Fira as well
