In the early morning of the check-in day, they even delivered pizza, helped with luggage and called taxis, and even gave you a small gift. They also upgraded our room for free

We arrived too late and couldn't check into the hotel we originally booked, so we booked a place to stay at last

The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible

Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business

The location is very good, the boss's service is also very good, the breakfast is delicious, it is recommended to book a better room with a swimming pool, it is more comfortable, there are many delicious restaurants around, because it was only May when we came, it was not the peak season, it was very comfortable and not hot without crowding

Stunning location in the heart of Imerovigli...the most picturesque village/town of santorini. Authentic and beautifully renovated property.

The breakfast is excellent, with enough choice for everyone's taste, and a special charm is that you can eat it with a mesmerizing view of the sea and rocks

The rooms are neat, clean and equipped with everything you need, and we were particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff – every evening we were greeted with bottles of water and small chocolates, and at the beginning we were also given a bottle of wine and welcome snacks

Everybody was very kind and helpful and always smiling. One of the best experiences of my life so far!

The pools are barely heated. We booked the Mystic suite with the cave pool which really just meant the whole suite was like a sauna due to moisture. Breakfast was really good. Staff were great.

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had

BREATHTAKING VIEWS, Perfect location near Fira and all shops, great staff! I wasn’t sure before booking because it wasn’t directly in Fira but upon arriving I was completely sold! The hotel is perched directly in front of the sea so our view each morning was absolutely stunning! We rewuested the caldera honeymoon suite but I think our room was much bigger thanks to the hotel - we had a separate bedroom...

Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira

The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting

One of the most stunning places to wake up to in the morning as you open your door and the staff are there with your breakfast. all the staff are very respectful and polite

The balcony had a dining table, sun loungers and a hot tub. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. Unlike many of the suites in the area these rooms are not overlooked by passers-by

Regina Mare was everything we hoped for while visiting Santorini. Jenny and her staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble

Location is away from all the hustle and bustle of cruise passengers visiting the island. 20 Minute scenic walk to Firostefani. 2 Euro public bus ride to Oia from the bus stop, 15 min walk away

Jenny shared a lot of tips for visiting the island, from great restaurants, to catamaran trips to using the public bus system. We had a fabulous stay and couldn’t recommend highly enough

Lovely breakfast delivered to your room daily as stated by others - lovely! No restaurant on site which doesn’t matter at all as there are restaurant close by for a meal later

Definitely for someone/ couples or family looking for a relaxing break. Views are breathtaking 😍 and it is so quiet Tip: A heated pool or hot tub is recommended as it’s a beautiful spot to sit out at night time

Would recommend a car as it’s a bit out of the way but great location to scoot around the island as well. Kitchen space is small but enough fridge room to store picky bits and some beer/wine etc

Lithi is a charming boutique hotel experience! Our family of four prefers to stay a bit off the beaten path and away from large crowds. We also love a separate sleeping space for adults vs kids

Amazing resort. we really enjoy the view and the luxury service. Attentive staff, great breakfast. we had a wonderful tive in our private pool with aview to the sea.

Likewise, prepare yourself for the windy steep road (highly recommend renting an automatic… trying to drive a manual shift would be taxing after one zip up the road)

As others have mentioned, renting a car for this hotel is a must

The only rejects are that the tap is too low to wash my hands and no hooks to hang anything at the shower

Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold

Kostas was very helpful and helped guide us through everything a tourist would need and more. This isn’t something you’d get at an ordinary hotel and I think that’s what made this experience so much more elevated

The hotel itself was very clean. The pool wasn’t set up because we came in the off season and the winds are too crazy to be outdoors much as is. The breakfast was simple but yummy and got the job done

There’s lots of restaurants in the area to choose from and the hotel is within walking distance to Oia and Fira for a day of exploring. If you don’t fancy walking the bus stop is only a ten minute walk away

Since it’s near the top of Imerovigli, it’s definitely one of the best views on the entire island

Absolutely charming resort with an unbelievable view of the entire island. We reserved a room that had both an outdoor balcony and a rooftop you can access for panoramic view of the entire island

The room is spacious and clean and has everything that I need. I slept comfortably and had no issue. P provided early check in and early breakfast as I needed to leave early

Certainly will stay again if I go to Santorini again. If you fancy hiking to Oia, the hotel is just on the way, hence you can check in and start hiking to Oia

There are countless great restaurants nearby, and the walking trail to Oia and Fira goes right by the front of the building, making it super easy to get around

Not the best hotel in Santorini. Outdated, the room is divided into 3 parts, bathroom, then bed in the middle, the small sitting area with TV. You can't watch the tv from your bed

Joanna was in contact with us before our arrival. They also make arrangements for our pick up from the airport. Asked us for our breakfast options and delivered them to our room every morning

GIOTA has the best customer service skills, took cate of my chekin before she needed to, mafe sure i had Google Maps addrrss to where i should park and also ensured i had someone to carry my luggage for an early checkin

My elderly mother struggled a little with some of the steep and rocky paths, but we managed! Getting in and out of the gorgeous pool was a little harder for her -- there's just the one set of steep steps with a handrail

Meli meli is great hotel for your holidays at Santorini. Everyone who works there is very helpful ,manager of the hotel helped us a lot , the hotel room was very clean and everything inside was very comfortable

Closer to home, there's a smashing traditional Greek taverna, just four minutes walk away. Some nearby places deliver to Meli Meli on request too

There's plenty of parking at the property and access to a rocky, dirt track to walk up to the town, avoiding the busy road (no pavement)

On the first day, the hostess provided us with various tips on what to visit on the island, how to get around, etc
