Grace Hotel, Auberge Collection in Imerovigli

I travel a lot and always in very nice hotels. I cannot say enough about the incredible service the employees give you in this hotel. It’s above 5 star. Easily the best place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Put this one on your bucket list. Take note, lots of stairs to climb but well worth it.

Pro tip: if you are looking for the best quiet luxury experience, look no further. This is it. Everyone and everything was perfect.

Fantastic all around. From the reservation with Lia, pick up at the airport with Costas, reception with Matina and Haris. Pool side drinks with George. Seriously, the view, the location, the service, the breakfast.

I could see the same talk across every guest. Look forward to coming back.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible.
Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

The Grace Hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. First off, the location is unbeatable. Located right in the middle of Santorini, it’s only a 20-25 max ride time to anywhere on the island. The view was incredible. Located right above Skaros rock, it is like being in another world. The rooms were immaculate and equipped with current-day technology. The amenities are as you would expect in a Santorini hotel (small gym, yoga room), but that is to be expected. The restaurant has sweeping views, and the food is great, especially the breakfast! A five-course breakfast which changes every day and can be served in your room for a small fee. But the service at the hotel may have beaten even the beauty of Santorini. The entire staff there is five-star and the best service I’ve received anywhere in the world. Concierge is easily accessible through WhatsApp and is incredibly prompt and communicative. Transportation is easily accessible through the hotel and the cars are always high-end and clean. More expensive than Uber but time-saving and luxurious. Thanks again, Grace! We will be back!

When I first came in, it was very spacious. But then these weird pink petals started to appear and i hid in a safe spot as some carnation flower sped by which was weird. And There were these Red and blue eyes that i had to look at and vice versa. There was this guys named Dozer and he was pretty chill as long as i crouched and didn’t move. Overall, 10/10 experience. I learned how to parry and so much more

One of the best hotels in Santorini

Great aesthetics and service. Very interesting cocktail selection. High prices, worth paying for a night of quiet enjoyment.

We made a last-minute decision to bring our 6-year-old, along with us. Unfortunately, Grace Hotel doesn’t accommodate small children. However, we still had a very good experience with the hotel. The staff were kind, thoughtful, lovely, friendly, and truly helpful. They even assisted us in finding another hotel that allowed children. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and support. Looking forward to staying at Grace Hotel another time!

This is a beautiful hotel with a great staff. From George to Harris who arranged a wonderful private boat trip for us around the island to Mathena at the front desk and Evie at the restaurant all were knowledgeable and helpful. The kitchen doesn't deserve a Michelin star as not only it isn't very inventive but the Fava spread was as tasteless as sand and the red snapper overcooked. But all in all, a lovely place to stay.

This hotel is perfect. I went there without thinking. It is really perfect. If I don't stay here, I will lose a lot. The hotel staff is also very patient. They will help us take Polaroid photos when we check in.
