Joanna Villas Is a beautiful place to stay in Kamari, the pictures don’t do it justice it’s absolutely stunning. Location is perfect. The rooms are immaculately clean thanks to the cleaning team. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Vangelis is an amazing host, he is a real character, very friendly, always available for any query, he also helped us in arranging transport to Oia, airport etc. Loved our stay!

One of my most pleasurable stays. The hotel is a pleasant retreat from an adventurous day scavenging the island. The rooms are generous and well thought out. The hotel has a very nice breakfast area and tables to sit and enjoy an afternoon or evening by the pool. The hotel’s owner, Mr. Vaggelis, is friendly and helpful and makes the stay even more enjoyable. When I return to Santorini, I will stay here again.

The owner of Joanna Villas, Vangelis, was first of all a very nice and warm person. He was very involved and supportive during our entire holiday. He offered us valuable information about the main sightseengs of the island. The villa was very nice, close to the sea, the breakfast very good, the rooms very cosy. We were happy with our choice and will definitely come back.

Everything that you want and need with the personal touch that you only get at smaller privately run hotels! Pretty location with mountain views. Vast selection of restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Beach a stones throw away. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained from top to bottom in all areas. Well laid out modern rooms with great air conditioning. The most helpful, hard working and attentive team. Thank you

Joanna Villas is located in a beautiful spot in Kamari Santorini. The hotel rooms and surroundings were immaculately presented and it was evident that the owner and his team pride themselves on the cleanliness and presentation. The pool area was very welcoming and ideal for a quiet afternoon to chill out in the sun. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very comfortable and had its own balcony which had views of the garden, pool and a mountain view a lovely place to sit and have morning coffee. The Owner Vangellis was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips on places to visit and recommended some lovely restaurants. Vangellis made us feel very welcome and made all his guests feel that his hotel was home from home. Thank you for a lovely stay in your hotel and we will definitely return.

An excellent hotel, great accomodation, confortable beds, very clean, excellent breakfast , the view of the mountain, the pool, the flowers, the anfitrion made us an inmemorable vacations. Very close to the beach, and lots of fantástics restaurants, even an Irish Coffee bar, in the corner of the hotel. You cant miss this place to stay when you travel to Santorini..

Vangelis was a great host, good communication and lots of helpful tips on where to go/eat. We had a brilliant family holiday in Joanna Villas. The apartments are perfectly situated, close to the shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. The pool is a good size and never too busy. The apartment was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Would definitely recommend these villas, we stayed for a week and the owners/staff were amazing!! The owner made us feel really at home there and recommended places for us to go and see. The rooms and pool we're clean, the breakfast was perfect and the hotel grounds we're amazing for our young children with play areas in the shade. The location was really close to beaches and the main area but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Thank you for a lovely stay!
