Stavros Villas in Karterados

Staff is very rude and less communicative
The first day I was given 2 keys they came the next to fix the WiFi in our absence and took the second keys with them. I called many time to ask for the keys no answer and left a text message still no respond even when I was leaving i left a good bye message they never responded until now

The Hotel excelled in customer service. They reached out to us before we even got there and asked if we needed to be picket up from the airport. We had a lovely stay, the staff was extremely nice, our room was cleaned everyday and we were provided new towels also everyday. Thank you for this amazing stay. We highly recommend this Hotel!

From the moment we arrived at Stavros Villas we was welcomed by Emma and her husband. We Immediately felt the warm welcome and hospitality and could not do enough for us ! Nothing at all was too much trouble for them. Once we were shown to our rooms we was very impressed how spacious , extremly clean and beautiful it was. The Villa was opened over 30 years ago and has been family run ever since. It has been my absolute pleasure to stay at this Villa. Every member of the family is so polite and can not do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels and also midweek bed change very comfortable pillows and Beds. Gorgeous shower and powerfull. Lots of space the bathroom also. We stayed In the triple room. I also have to mention Christina who cleans for the family and works very hard in keeping the Villa cleanliness to a extreamly high standard , Christina is also very polite and has the heart of gold as all the the family do. Thank you so much Emma , Stavros and Christina for an Amazing stay at your villa ❤️

The most value for money hotel! The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed – from restaurant reservations to suggestions for less touristy spots around the island. We will definitely be coming back!

Stelios our driver helped us with our transportation from the airport to your hotel and from the hotel to the port... it's difficult to get to the port with this drive but Stelios made it very easy and completely tiresome. The best !!

Stavros Villas is a lovely clean accomodation, Emma and Stavros are very hospitable and always willing to assist you, by arranging shuttle services to tour excursions. Organizing drop-off meals etc. Great place to stay quiet and restful. Highly recommended!

We spent 7 wonderful days in October 2024, well taken care of by the staff. The rooms are excellently maintained, daily change of bed linen and towels. The bathrooms are very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location and price of the hotel are extremely suitable for people who prefer city tours because it is close to the capital Fira. At the hotel you can enjoy quietness, peace, security, a swimming pool and for a modest fee - breakfast and drinks throughout the day. The receptionist Emma speaks very good English. She is always kind, responsive and ready to help in any situation. She organized the best land and catamaran tours for us. She arranged the fastest and most affordable taxi transportation for us. Also recommended the best restaurants and shops nearby.
