Lovely hotel with a seawater swimming pool right on the coast on the opposite side to Fira. We didnt eat or drink there but were aware there are no shops nearby so we stocked up in Fira before taking the free hotel shuttle back.

Great family run hotel. Impressed with the shuttle times and availability, pool areas, cleanliness and AC. I do think the bathroom showers could use some improvement but overall would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Porto Castello in Santorini! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. I loved the location — just a short walk from the beach and with easy access to the rest of the island. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to Fira, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Our stay at Porter Castello in Santorini was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were superb – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool was a highlight, deep and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The surrounding views were breathtaking and well-maintained. Plus, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

What I did like about the property was the location. It was good, and the room had a balcony, which was an ideal place to sit and enjoy the view.
The biggest issue was the bathroom — the faucet was unstable, and the water didn’t drain properly, so I didn’t feel clean after showering. Fortunately, we stayed only one night, and it was bearable for a single use. Another problem was the air conditioner; it didn’t work properly and was leaking water, which was quite annoying. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell inside the room and even throughout the entire hotel area.

It's a family owned hotel, beautiful cozy. They have free shuttle to the main town fira and pick up as well. We had a great experience.

Good value for money hotel. Pool and dining room in this one. We had a room without a view. The air conditioning blew directly in your face when you were in bed.
The menu could include something more than kebab meat and other fish. More side dishes are missing, you could only accompany the dish with pre-cooked chips.
The staff was always pleasant and helpful.
Good breakfasts.
Free bus to the centre and back every 3 hours.
Taxi service.
