This hotel is an absolute delight. Its location is amazing, set in a quiet area of perissa but such a short walk to all the facilities, the beach and bus stop

needs the odd update here and there - Remember its a 2/3 star and not everything is perfect. But it more than makes up for it with everything else and at such value for money- even the air conditioning is free

The owner was very helpful, both in recommending a delicious and affordable restaurant to eat dinner and booking a taxi so we could catch our ferry in the morning

The room was spacious and clean, and a nice outdoor sitting area overlooking the mountains. It was a very beautiful, relaxing, and tranquil environment

If you're wanting a clubbing atmosphere, this isn't for you, but it's a gem of a place for those wanting to chill and have a relaxing holiday

The bus stop is also near by, we took the bus from the port to Fera, and from fera to the stop near this location

Villa Dima is a very nice hotel. located just 3 min from the beach. the beds are very good, offering cleaning everyday. We had a room with kitchen on the first floor with a very nice balcony and seaview

It has a beautiful view to the sea and just walk 3 to swim. All the restaurants, beach bars and shops in Perissa beach are near the hotel

The reception is very helpful , and you can drop off the luggage at the checkout day for late flights. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Dima

I stayed 5 nights at Villa Dima in Santorini and the place is amazing. The room we had number 12 is located on upper floor at the left and it has a spacious balcony with seaview

Villa Dima is one of the most recognizable apart-hotel located in Perissa beach. The rooms are traditional rooms and studios with kitchen or without and have breathtaking views

Being our first time to Santorini we were definitely blown away by the beautiful views and beaches. Our room was fine as it was just the two of us

The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants

Really nice place to stay, lovely clean nodern rooms. Nice pool with modern sun loungers. Perfect location 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at these small, independent, family-run apartments. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and the on-site pool is perfect for relaxing

Everything was comfortable, the rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean, daily cleaning. Towels are also provided for the pool, sunbeds, terraces, luggage store

Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market

The hotel is nice, you have your space and privacy. The material and the furniture and not casual but maybe a liiiitle maintenance is missing. All the small details that are not "exceptional" are compensated by George

On the first day we almost had the whole garden and pool to ourselves, because we were there between the departures and arrivals of the other tourists

We spent a week at the hotel and had a truly relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, as are all the common areas, which are clearly maintained with great care

The pool is stunning and the view from the property is absolutely spectacular. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, who is always kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful

George is the best host I've ever met. He is always nice, caring and patient. We asked him a lot of suggestions regarding everything and ha has always been helpful

A very warm, friendly hotel in Perissa around 15 minutes drive from the airport. Situated on the main thoroughfare of the town with a choice of bars and restaurants as well as shops selling beachwear and souvenirs

Also a couple of supermarkets and a laundromat. A short walk from the seafront which is serviced by a huge choice of restaurants and bars and a black sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds as well as water sports facilities

The hotel itself is a pretty selection of whitewashed buildings and well kept grounds with 2 swimming pools There is a good buffet breakfast on offer with tables overlooking the main pool

Throughout our holiday whilst our friend was in hospital, the reception staff couldn’t have been more supportive or concerned. Many thanks to Ray, Dimitra and Alex and the team for looking after us so well

I recommend requesting a quiet room towards the back of the hotel if you don’t want to be disturbed by loud music from the bar which can go on til after midnight. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Unfortunately, one of my friends fell 3rd day of the holiday and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Alex, the young man manning reception could not have been more supportive and helpful

The hotel has a great pool and pool bar and is ideally located with all amenities within a walking distance and just a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport

Beautiful hotel, very close to the beach!

We are a retired couple from UK. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place in sun. This was a last minute get away booking

Food and Bar at hotel and outside: Ideally located for the bars, restaurants, shops, bus stops and the beach The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety from hot and cold to choose from , the mountain views from the breakfast room are wonderful

It was very comfortable, well equipped and had great air con. Nearby activities: Nice bars and restaurants, long beaches (for sunbathing, swimming and walking), shops and watersports, all within walking distance

We were given a complimentary cocktail before being shown to our room , which was the best room in the hotel ! We paid extra to have a junior sweet with a pool view and a jacuzzi on the balcony

We have never ever stayed somewhere that is so wonderful and the staff and owners are so accommodating towards their guests. A family run business that is of high standard. Beach is less then a 3 min walk

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Anastasia Luxury Beach Hotel. The family are the most beautiful hosts and really care about every detail

The hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location with the beach literally on the doorstep

The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available

But I can say that the breakfast at Anastasia Luxury Beach hotel was the most delicious of them all, having a different selection of the finest and freshest food, fruits and juices each day

Fresh and reasonably varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Very helpful manager. Next to beach but no direct views of it (not a big deal given the beach is very close).

I'm sure they watched for us going to breakfast and then nipped in! The fridge, air conditioning, safe, kettle, and swim towels were all extras that we didn't pay more for but were very welcome

The breakfast was lovely, especially Yanna's omlettes! the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, and public transport

We stayed for 2 weeks and couldn't fault it. Yanna is a brilliant ambassador for the Meltemi suites. She is bubbly, helpful, quick to respond to any request and just a thoroughly nice person

It was comfortably quiet and clean. Our room was really nice and big, the beds were comfortable, we had a whirling pool and our own sunbeds right next to us. The breakfast was also very good

It’s a very short walk to the beach, about 2 minutes, here you’ll find sunbeds on the beach (to pay for) and a number on places to eat and drink

It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and the bus station from the hotel. All in all, we are very happy to have stayed here, we can dearly recommend it to stay here for your visit in Santorini

The location is another side of the airport however it is near to the port if you will move to another island of Greece! You should try it! The hotel is just next to the beach very quiet location there is few restaurants to eat from

Clean, comfortable and well located for beach and restaurants. The best thing about Evelina Pension was our host. Kostas is a lovely man who made us very welcome from the start. He even took us dancing with his family!

The gentlemen who owned this was kind and friendly, and very helpful. I just suggest the towels need to be a bit softer. The beach was beautiful and very close too

The only thing we did not like was there were rocks as you walk into the sea and it was very slippery. We had a lovely time though, and would recommend this hotel

But if you are looking for a beach and quiet area I recommend this hotel! They have nice rooms and the owner are so friendly!

Immediately provided us with the discount cards with the local, high quality restaurants, and all the guidelines around the island, offering support in terms of finding a good rental car and discount for it as well

The family were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had access to a roof terrace as well as choice of balconies

I want to thank again the senior couple I guess they are the owners of this property, they being excellent hosts, very welcoming and very nice and sweet with us! The room was cozy and very clean with a little balcony as well, 2 mins walking to a market, around 5 mins walking to the Perissa beach and the bus stop to Fira and other locations

It’s located within 5 mins to the popular Gyros place, beach, bakery. If you rent a car, you can park just a few metres higher up on the left in the car park

A hidden oasis 5 minutes away from one of the nicest beaches of Santorini 🏖️⛵ The room was immaculately clean and so comfortable

Plenty of restaurants near the beach. Super safe and a very chill area to have a relaxin holiday

Staff very approachable and friendly. Check out was at 11am and they let us stay, use the pool and shower while hanging out waiting to leave for our 3:30pm ferry

The black beach was our favourite and only a five minute walk from the villa

My sister and I stayed here five nights. They were so helpful and kind. Drew us maps, showed us around, ordered a rental car that was delivered, gave advice, and made our check in and check out a smooth transition

Rooms cleaned every day, new towels every 3rd day, even did our dishes. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The villa is named after the owners wife. Three generations of family pride and care

ONLY ONE MINUTE WALKING FROM THE BEACH AND ALL THE RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE VERY CLOSE. THE BUS STOP TO FIRA VERY CLOSE TOO. THE PRIVATE PARKING, ONLY 3 MINUTES WALKING

Great Place Amazing place, 4th time staying there. The staff are excellent and so caring. The hotel is right on the beach, great location. Can’t recommend enough.

The entrance was a little hard to find, but the building was clean and I was very satisfied! You can also use the washing machine for free! The tap water for the showers and other areas seemed to contain a bit of salt.

Our flight was delayed about an hour so we were worried about checking in and transportation but they were awesome about it and were waiting. We arrived late at night (after 11pm) and the area was very safe

One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there are stairs throughout the property. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend staying here

The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. They are so helpful and kind. The hotel was able to secure us transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable rate

Fantastic location just off the beach and close to some quieter restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a quiet oasis and the rooms are very clean and we'll equipped.

I write this review to provide balance as I think this place could be one of the very best in Perissa. Just behind the Perissa strip, literally a couple of minutes walk from the beach and restaurants etc

The location is also second to none being just a few minutes’ walk away from the beach and many local restaurants. The team running Samsons village (led by John) were extremely polite, helpful and always friendly

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, a decent size pool, Staffs are nice, room are quite tired and need some refurb, bathroom is quite small and floor is a bit slippery,

From the tranquility, the location just 50 meters from the beach, to the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff (the receptionist was impeccable), to the very cleanliness (inside and out), everything was excellent

Amazing Place John the owner and Costa the guy at the pool bar are amazing. Very attentive and provide excellent service to the guests. The place is wonderful – it really feels Greek.

The furnishings—whether in the rooms, on the terraces, by the pool, or on the beach—are modern, elegant, and of excellent quality

Fortunately for us, the beach bar was closed. Therefore, we had a calm and relaxing stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff was always nice and friendly. The hotel offers sun beds and umbrellas on the beach.

We spent eight unforgettable days in a place that, in my view, has been thoughtfully designed in terms of space and aesthetics to ensure a truly exceptional stay

Even when all seven suites are occupied, the sense of privacy remains intact. Some suites come with their own private pools, while an impressive shared pool of generous proportions is also available

The manager, Sissy, is always on hand to provide valuable recommendations for restaurants and activities, adding a personal touch that enhances the overall experience

The resort has their own private beach (crystal clear water by the way) and in addition a large shared pool area. Breakfast is served on your patio and drinks are available all day at the pool bar

Really enjoyed this property, walking distance to the beaches, close to transport and overall very clean and everyone there was so kind! Really liked the pool, the restaurant was great and we were happy with our stay

The hotel has a nice refreshing pool and a jacuzzi on the first floor with a great sea-facing view

Honeymoon Beach may not be as trendy, flashy or luxurious as some overprice and fake hotels facing the caldeira but they will never offer the kindness, the authenticity and peace that Julia and her family have been offering for so many years and that keep customers faithful and returning

Our stay was wonderful, everyone friendly and welcoming. Very close to the bus, the beach. We had delicious omelettes every morning made by the owner, you can get other stuff too

Steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants and bars, and within wlking distance (about 30 minutes, don't forget water) from Vlychada and Perissa

They were there to pick us up at the port. Our tour was arranged for us also. Enjoyed the heart shaped pool and our sitting area

The property is clean, located walkable distance to black beach in Perissa, do grocery and restaurants. The pool size is good and the pool is clean. The owners are nice and respond hast to messages

The pool was nice, if you could catch a few minutes without teenagers jumping in constantly, despite the signs , saying no jumping. We tried to see the person who checked us in several times but he was never around

Drinks can be purchased at the hotel and enjoyed on the terrace

The rooms are extremely small, no space for keeping the luggages, open showers in the toilet, also barely enough space for 1 person to stand. The owner was a very nice person, drove us from airport for 35 euros each way

Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Only one large dinner plate and very little cutlery. The 2 ring hob was extended using tape, health and safety non existent, sockets hanging off the wall

The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Very nice hotel, the staff very helpful the reception mr sam is professional and very helpful the pool is very nice and very clean, everything is close shop bus and everything you need. Strongly recommend

Beautiful hotel with unbelievable room rates. The room I stayed had mountain view and was overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, liked the blue decor and even their breakfast had great variety
