The hotel is nice, you have your space and privacy.
The material and the furniture and not casual but maybe a liiiitle maintenance is missing.
All the small details that are not "exceptional" are compensated by George.
George is the best host I've ever met. He is always nice, caring and patient. We asked him a lot of suggestions regarding everything and ha has always been helpful.
I really suggest this place because has everything nearby and because with George a fantastic experience is assured!

We spent 5 days here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. It is very quiet and clean. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a great time on our vacation and were constantly assisted with all our requests by our perfect host, George. On the first day we almost had the whole garden and pool to ourselves, because we were there between the departures and arrivals of the other tourists.

We spent a week at the hotel and had a truly relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, as are all the common areas, which are clearly maintained with great care. The pool is stunning and the view from the property is absolutely spectacular. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, who is always kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful.

We spent one night here and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The room itself was lovely, and the terrace was beautiful.
The pool area is stunning and so clean.
It was really calm and peaceful in the day and had great sunshine throughout.
There is a beautiful hotel cat called Markezinis! She’ll more than likely come to your room to say hello!
Also had parking right outside which was super helpful.
And the beach is just a less than 5 minute walk away with beautiful clear waters.

Short walk from the beach. The pool and room are nice and Mary was so helpful and wonderful with our transfers from the port and helping us get around. Definitely recommend

This may not be the most fancy hotel in Santorini... But it is a tipical villa with good rooms. We really liked our stay.

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Absolutely lovely hotel!! Very clean, comfortable and very friendly concierge. We went in May and pretty much had the hotel and pool to ourselves.
A short 5 minute work from Perissa Beach which has many places to choose to eat from. There is also a small convenience store 2 mins walk away, which is very handy.
Overall a fantastic holiday! Rooms are reasonable prices and in a stunning location. I will definitely come here again!

A super clean hotel! Beautiful rooms, excellent service. Everybody was very kind and helpful, ready to assist us anytime. Our room was cleaned up thoroughly every day. George, the receptionist, was one of a kind! Would definitely recommend it!
