Orama Hotel & Spa in Fira

Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety. Especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at we were certainly disappointed with the food. Hopefully they fix!

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini. Clean and spacious rooms, we had a view to the caldera (you could also hear the noise from the vehicles that passed, but not enough to keep you awake so it was ok).
The pools were amazing, lots of sunbends.
It is located near Fira - 10 minutes to the bus station, buses are fast, clean and cheap.
The staff was very attendive, nice experience all around.

We spent nine nights at this hotel for our wedding week and booked four rooms. It's a perfect hotel particularly for a large group of people because there's so much communal space around the pools and bar area.

The staff, including both the waiting staff and management, were excellent and accommodating. The facilities and pool area are fantastic and exceptionally clean. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the bus station and the center of town.

However, there are a few downsides. We booked a premium sunset view room, which I wouldn't recommend as it's situated on a busy road. The cheaper pool view rooms would likely be quieter. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend going half-board, as the themed menu each night differs from the regular menu, and the food quality wasn't as good. The food on the main menu, however, was good with very generous portions. The staff were also very hospitable when we didn't like the half-board menu, allowing us to pick something different.

Overall would definitely recommend!

Overall, Orama Hotel & Spa is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Santorini. With its excellent amenities, superb staff, and unforgettable dining and spa experiences, it's a place where memories are made. I cannot recommend it highly enough for those seeking a luxurious and welcoming retreat.

This hotel is amazing, very close to town and the bus stop. The room was very nice but the bathroom was small and the shower water would go everywhere. The breakfast has a good selection and they also have gluten free options. The staff is ok sometimes they were a bit slow. The only bad thing for us was that we booked a catamaran trip with them and we got scammed, we paid the top price for a luxury’s excursion and we didn’t get that, when we got to the boat it was way more people then we expect and they didn’t served us what we paid for. We felt scammed by the reception staff and they are very persistent and always trying to sell us something. So be careful, I advise you to book it before online.

Our stay at Orama Hotel during our wedding week in Santorini was nothing short of wonderful. We reserved a total of 14 rooms at the resort, and we were impressed by the gorgeous venue and the attentive service provided by the staff.

The staff at Orama Hotel were lovely and took care of us exceptionally well throughout our stay. They were attentive to our needs and ensured that everything ran smoothly.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. We had hoped for a discounted room block for our wedding guests, which they wouldn't work with us on. Additionally, there was some construction happening on the street near the hotel, which occasionally made traffic and travel a bit challenging.

Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience at Orama Hotel was fantastic. We appreciated the beautiful venue, excellent service, and the unforgettable memories created during our stay.

If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with attentive service in Santorini, I would still highly recommend Orama Hotel. They provided us with a wonderful experience during our wedding week, and we are grateful for their hospitality.

Loved this hotel. Everything top drawer and all fine details addressed. A 5 minute walk into town. Very good breakfast and kind staff. Loved our room - executive poolside. Rooms were very well equipped. Only downside was an absence of more ingredients hot water but small issue overall. A little busy noise from the road but not really avoidable. Highly recommend.
