Nostalgia, time stands still... Grateful for the greatest from God

Unbeatable sunrise and ocean view from our room. Sunset view point right across the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was great. Good location to explore Santorini from, with parking easily avaliable on site.

This is an exceptional property, do not hesitate to book Santorini Palace. We stayed in mid-October 2025 and belong located on a crest of the island, you can see the sunrise and sunset either from your room or a 75 steps away from Three Bells.
There is plenty of free parking and it’s an easy walk to Fira city center with all the shopping, seating and night life. The bus stop is also very close to the bus stop.
The room we had effectively had a private pool and was exceptionally clean with great air conditioning and also looked brand new. F

Really happy with our stay here.
The staff are really nice and helpful.
We arrive very early, still during breakfast time so we were aloud to eat proper breakfast.
I had two important meetings and I was aloud to use the conference room so that I could have quite (as long the room wasn't booked). The Internet was not that good when during zoom meetings, so I had to share hotspot from my phone.
Our flight back was very late but we were still aloud to use the facilities. They also organized shuttle to the airport for 30€ two persons.

We ate one time dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. The pool bar has good cocktails. The gym is ok but some of the machines are a bit outdated and rusty.

Small negative things: the one young worker that was at the restaurant and pool bar needs some training on social skills or maybe costumer service. He does his job well and is attentive. But he needs to learn how to be a bit more friendly and maybe smile a bit. He always looks annoyed and specially when one asked questions. I do see potential in him.

The cleaning staff threw away my open can that I had in the fridge 🥲 I don't know why but it was almost full and I was shocked not to find it there after our excursion.

The lamp/emergency exit above the door in the room is too bright! A bit disturbing when wanting to sleep.

From the moment we arrived at Santorini Palace Hotel, we knew we were in for something special but nothing could have prepared us for the level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we received from the staff. The hotel itself is stunning: perched perfectly with breathtaking views, immaculate rooms, and a pool area that feels like paradise. But what truly sets this place apart is the team of legends who make every moment unforgettable.
David, Christina, Jo, and Thanos what a dream team. Their service was nothing short of remarkable. David’s attention to detail and effortless charm made us feel like VIPs from day one. Christina radiated kindness and grace, always ready with a smile and helpful advice that made navigating Santorini a breeze. Jo brought a spark of joy to every interaction, and Thanos a powerhouse of hospitality who was the glue that held it all together, ensuring everything ran smoothly with a calm confidence that made us feel completely at ease. We will definitely come back for more thank you sooo much and keep it up and keep 💯

Overall, this is a lovely accommodation choice. The beds are comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful and were so sweet with our kids and the views are fantastic and they provided a complimentary bottle of bubbles to celebrate my birthday. Breakfast was busy but had a great range of local but diverse options.

My main complaints are 1) The exit sign which illuminates very brightly in the room and cannot be turned off without an engineer coming into the room (which I found out too late at night) making it hard to sleep. 2) The drinks by the pool are very expensive 15€ vs 6-10€ in town. 3) Be aware that whilst it is nice to be up on the cliff face for sunsets, it is a big, sweaty trekk up and down to Fira town. We found this a little challenging with a toddler and baby but also enjoyed the quietness of the area.
4) As we were travelling in September, the winds were very strong and although the sun was beaming, the pool is not heated so it was freezing in the water. A pool heater would elevate this accommodation greatly

We loved our stay! The hotel was very clean and tidy. Incredible views from the pool area (which is we very nice). The location was absolutely perfect and everything was walking distance. Christina and gang were so helpful (and patient) giving my husband all the best recommendations they have with a smile on their face. We will be back!

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros.

The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

Spent 2 weeks here, FYI we were in room 322, views over sea and pool area, convenient for breakfast and walking to town of fira, about 5min walk. Rooms are basic but clean, had to ask for iron. Tea and coffee making facilities there, wee safe, fridge, shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable and place very quiet.
