Villa Maraki in Skiathos Town

A wonderful apartment. The managers, Elona and Nikos made our stay in Skiathos an incredibly pleasant and memorable one!

We have recently returned home from a fantastic stay at Villa Maraki, Skiathos.
Our host Eva was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her warm and friendly approach made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and truly made our holiday complete.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean which made for a very relaxing stay.
The location is ideal for exploring the island, with convenient access to regular bus services throughout the day and the beach just a short walk away.
Combined with the outstanding hospitality of our host Eva, the beautiful location, and the wonderful company of Jane and Richard, who were also staying at the villa, this truly was a holiday to remember.
As it was just myself and my 9-year-old daughter travelling together, the warmth and good company we experienced throughout our stay made it even more special. Although we had only just met, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them and their kindness added so much to our holiday.
We would not hesitate to return and hope our paths cross again with all three of you in the future.

Spent a week in Villa Maraki with friends. From the first day Eva made us feel so welcome. She was the brightest ray of sunshine apart from the weather. Helpful, engaging and professional. She made the stay feel homely. Cannot recommend Villa Maraki enough. Great facilities and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. Thank you Eva ♥️

What an absolute little gem 😍 arrived mid afternoon to be greeted by a slim Greek lady with the biggest personality ever, and we all knew in a instant, that we were all going to have the best time. The apartments were a five minute walk to a beautiful beach, and even closer to a handful of top quality & reasonabley priced local restaurants/bars. The apartment itself is a lovely 12 roomed complex with a lovely view, well stocked bar and very inviting pool. Now I must tell you about Eva... Eva is barmaid, cook, receptionist and above all, now a great friend. This woman is the so special, she makes the holiday by just being Eva, she loves life, and loves people and will stay in your heart forever, should you have the absolute pleasure of meeting her 🥰

What a breath of fresh air Eva and her team are at Villa Maraki, always smiling, friendly and helpful. Situated close to many restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is just four minutes walk way, there are plenty of sun beds/umbrellas and there is a water sports area. The rooms are typical Greek basic but with everything you require, the bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The pool, rooms and general areas are kept spotless. We have stayed at Villa Maraki many times and can recommend it, to that end we plan to return next year. Don’t you miss out.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Maraki for 7 nights in September, and we had a fantastic holiday. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views and easy access to everything we needed. We stayed in a top-floor apartment, which was just right for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had lovely views of the sea that we never tired of waking up to each morning. The pool was more than adequate and never felt overcrowded. There were plenty of comfortable sun loungers available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The bar snacks were freshly prepared, tasty, and very reasonably priced. What really made our stay special, however, was Eva. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine desire to ensure everyone had a wonderful holiday made Villa Maraki feel unique. She worked incredibly hard every single day and was always on hand with a smile. It was lovely getting to know her and hearing about her life, especially her many cats, which she clearly adores! Eva's dedication to her guests is second to none, and she is a huge part of what makes Villa Maraki such a special place to stay. In fact, we've already looking to book to come back next year, and a big part of that decision was knowing we'd get to see Eva again. She truly is the heart and soul of Villa Maraki. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at Villa Maraki with my daughter. We were lucky enough to be in one of the updated one bedroom garden view apartments which was modern and well equipped. The accommodation is a few minutes walk to the beach and some great restaurants. The real gem at Villa Maraki is the fabulous Eva 🤩 She looks after everyone who steps through the door whether they are a guest or visiting for lunch or drinks, the perfect hostess and we wouldn’t hesitate to return especially if Eva is there. Ευχαριστώ Εύα, είσαι αστέρι ❤️

It is a great place, very good atmosphere, excellent customer service from Eva, she is the best hostess you can wish for your summer holiday. I will definitely return next year as well, and looking forward to see Eva again as our hostess, she is extraordinary. The hotel is very pleasant, located very nicely, close to the beach and to the shops.

I have been going to skiathos for 12 years. I have stayed in all different sorts of accommodation but have gone to villa maraki on occasion for a cocktail, on the way back to where we have stayed before. This year we went with all the family and we stayed at villa maraki and the manager , Eva was amazing. Not just to us as a family but everyone who had visited whether they were staying or popping in. She was so friendly , so funny and nothing was too much bother. Eva made our holiday. We 100% plan to return to villa maraki and hope to see Eva when we return!

Lovely place to stay in a central location for easy access to the island, the rooms and shared areas have everything you need and are well maintained by the staff but what made the holiday was the host Eva, she made it a warm friendly atmosphere with lots of Fun involving all the guests, i wouldnt hesistate to rebook even if only to see Eva again !
