Exceptional hotel, very good prices, affordable, nice staff and very clean and modern. Decent location walking distance to most things in the city. No breakfast, but have coffee in reception and lots of local places to have breakfast.

One light was broken and missing over the bed. The second burned out after couple of days and was never fixed for 5 days. So the room was part dark. We left with the broken lights not fixed. Shame on mngmt for being so incompetent,

Beautiful hotel and the courtyard is pretty! The staff were so accommodating, we checked into our room two hours earlier than expected, the receptionist printed our train tickets without a problem and stored luggage on the last day! Very clean too, our room was cleaned everyday without having to put the sign on the door. The hotel is in a great location too, lots of restaurants nearby and not too far into the main center. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends ❤️ we had the best time in Budapest 🎉

The hotel is very nice despite not being that big. It is run by very kind and available young guys. Its position is top class as it stands right in the centre of Pest. I really liked the internal courtyard and decorations on the room walls.

When we arrived the receptionist told us something is broken in the shower in our room so they are moving us to their apartments venue in a different building. We had to climb four staircases to the apartment! We didn’t want to stay there but there was nothing to do that night about it. The next day we asked the reception again and they moved us back to the hotel. Besides that the breakfast is not what you see in the photos. Very small and plain. There is also no hot water in the shower in the mornings. Not a pleasant experience.

Nice little hotel 10 min walk from Parliament and close to everything. Very reasonable price. I would come back!

This place is NOT a hotel.

Don’t stay in this place, you will paid a hotel price for a shitty room and absolutely no service 😟.
I paid $100 US for a night with breakfast included. I got a terrible bed, absolutely not taste, not even shampoo and conditioner 😅. Breakfast was lame as well. A complete joke.

We had so much luggage and there is not elevator.
There is not reception after 7pm (what kind of “Hotel” doesn’t have 24hr reception), the AC is not working properly. The rooms are old and tacky.

Just don’t pretend to be an hotel when you are a airbnb with nothing to offer.
The only good think is the location

Good appartment and an excellent location. The service was outstanding, they even brought the breakfast to our room.

I expected something a bit better (very highly rated on Booking) but it is overall a very decent hotel. My room was nice and clean, everything renovated. Spacious bathroom. Service was amazing - super nice and helpful people. Free coffee and water all the time. Nice breakfast.

For a City break is a good choice because of the location. Also nice is the check in zone and outdoor lounge. Better when it is not very hot outside as the room had the smallest Window and the AC was broken. What bothered us the most was the lack of cleaning in the room (dust and hair on the bed, due to a wooly blanket that was probably not cleaned for a while, also on the bathroom's floor). The doors of the shower cabin needed repairing as they did not close even. After we gave feedback about the cleanlingness at the reception, nothing happened. Dissapointing feeling. Would not reccomend and will not come back in the future.
