An amazing gem in the middle of Budapest! Modern and comfortable hotel with exceptional and attentive staff. The lady who checked me in (sorry I can’t remember her name) was so friendly and helpful and had a smile and warm greeting every time I saw her throughout my stay. The rooms are stunning, plenty of storage space, mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea was a lovely bonus and also a large bottle of fresh water was much appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, shower was great with additional waterfall shower head. Courtyard was beautiful and serene with complimentary coffee, water or wine available anytime. Breakfast was delicious, the breakfast room was a little small but perfectly functional. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budapest! Thank you for a lovely stay!

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, right in the center of Budapest. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay at Butik Art Hotel. The hotel is cozy and quiet, with a great location close to the main attractions in Pest and many restaurants nearby.
Our room on the second floor was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage. The bathroom was also large and well designed. Special thanks to Laura and the male receptionist for their warm welcome and excellent customer service.
Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and reception is available until 7pm. Breakfast was not included in our rate but can be arranged in advance upon arrival.
Overall, highly recommended for its value for money, comfort, location, and friendly staff.

Nice location and excellent service! The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English well. The cleaning and breakfast services were also very good. However, the rooms weren’t as nice. Rooms 10 and 11 tend to be quite hot, and it’s difficult to open the windows. The air conditioning doesn’t work well enough either. It’s a blessing we stayed here at the beginning of April and not during the summer. The hotel rooms don’t offer a city view—only the apartments do.

That said, if you’re just looking for a place to store your belongings while you’re out all day and only return to sleep at night, it’s a good choice.

We wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely lovely – so spacious, modern, and cozy at the same time. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our little one was even fascinated by the wall cabinets! It really made our trip special. Thank you for the great service!

Exceptional hotel, very good prices, affordable, nice staff and very clean and modern. Decent location walking distance to most things in the city. No breakfast, but have coffee in reception and lots of local places to have breakfast.

One light was broken and missing over the bed. The second burned out after couple of days and was never fixed for 5 days. So the room was part dark. We left with the broken lights not fixed. Shame on mngmt for being so incompetent,

Beautiful hotel and the courtyard is pretty! The staff were so accommodating, we checked into our room two hours earlier than expected, the receptionist printed our train tickets without a problem and stored luggage on the last day! Very clean too, our room was cleaned everyday without having to put the sign on the door. The hotel is in a great location too, lots of restaurants nearby and not too far into the main center. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends ❤️ we had the best time in Budapest 🎉

The hotel is very nice despite not being that big. It is run by very kind and available young guys. Its position is top class as it stands right in the centre of Pest. I really liked the internal courtyard and decorations on the room walls.

When we arrived the receptionist told us something is broken in the shower in our room so they are moving us to their apartments venue in a different building. We had to climb four staircases to the apartment! We didn’t want to stay there but there was nothing to do that night about it. The next day we asked the reception again and they moved us back to the hotel. Besides that the breakfast is not what you see in the photos. Very small and plain. There is also no hot water in the shower in the mornings. Not a pleasant experience.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
