I decided to book this apartment because of the good reviews on Google, and I don't really know how it can have such a high score.
I definitely do not recommend this apartment if you have a dust allergy, asthma or if you simply like to stay in a clean and healthy environment. It has been a terrifying experience. I had asthma attacks throughout my stay and the owner refused to refund me, which meant I was unable to change hotel.
Last but not least, when I notified him of the condition of the apartment, the owner showed up without notice. He knocked on the door twice and I didn't answer because I was sleeping, so he tried to open the door with his key. Luckily, I had my key inserted in the lock and he couldn't open.
I don't recommend it at all.

excellent location, close to everything, very centered. The room was warm and clean, and had the necessary essentials.

The room was very well located and was reasonable for the price. The bathroom was a bit small but had a good shower and plenty of hot water. The bedroom/living area was less good. The bed was on a raised platform which had a couple of awkward steps up. The closet doors didn't fit and were stuck. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the bedding and towels were thin and poor quality. The kitchen was well equipped but no coffee or milk was provided. I never met the owner but he sent very helpful instructions about self check in and building access. The building had a lift and the room faced an internal courtyard so it was fairly quiet. Although the room wasn't perfect I would stay there again.

This was a really cool loft in old town Prague! Well appointed. Very convenient for exploring this area. Janos was my contact and he was always in contact ensuring I got in and even making recommendations on enjoying the area!

The apartment is in a GREAT location and it's SUPER AWESOME. Very very clean and safe. Janos met us as soon as we arrived and he was super helpful and very communicative and clear with all directions... all went super smoothly. The apartment is incredible. TONS OF ROOM for the three of us... and the apartment sleeps 8! Thank you so much Janos!

Great place downtown that is perfect for a multi day stay. Easy to get to from the airport and to get to anywhere you’d like to see in Budapest. I’d stay again.

We stayed twice on our 3 week trip. 4 nights at the beginning and 1 night at the end. We were booked in two different apartments, apartment nine for the four nights, and Apartment six for the one night. Each apartment was clean, area was safe, but the towels are very thin and small and the bed linens are worn, giving you the impression they may or may not have been recently washed, especially the duvet covers. The staff was very quick to respond to any questions we had, check-in was easy, early check-in was available, each apartment had an efficiency kitchen with the basic necessities, Apartment six had a dishwasher. Best apartments also had a washing machine. The apartment is in a great location to access transportation, shopping, eating, and walkable to the main tourist sites.

The location is very good and the flat itself was clean at a good standard and spacious. However, there were issues... I had booked a room with two queen beds through Expedia but was given only one. The host was kind and eventually helped, but only after I raised the issue. Some proactivity in explaining the issue to me and Expedia -- prior to my arrival -- would have been appreciated since the host knew I'd arrive after 9:30pm. The host initially suggested it was my mistake as I should've told him, though my Expedia booking clearly stated the room type. The problem was resolved the next day with one queen and two single beds, but there was no prior communication and I arrived late, which made it quite inconvenient... The building is quite old and resembles a modest tenement-style complex, with many small units and a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. While I can’t confirm anything, the environment around some neighbouring units felt questionable.

In short, while the flat has its positives, I wouldn’t recommend it. For a small difference in price, you can find better managed hotels nearby.
