I reserved apartment by email of my friend, so I can't write review on booking.
It is located in good location, it's a big 7th floor building and old building. It's big and quiet but unfortunately it's not like its pictures.
The pictures like sofa and... after reservation was completely different from our room and its good for a EU country.
It's old, it should be more clean. The programm of cleaning hasn't done completely, they didn't put shampoo they didn't clean floor just tide or change some towels and empty recycle bin.
Unfortunately they didn't check the apartment before arriving guests. Cooking pan was without lid, the washing machine broken down. And after informing by us they did something.
They don't want to help for an easy problem. For example we lost parking card and they said we can't help you to getting another one. We just ask the person at parking gate and it was an easy 3 mins to get another card.
They left one bed in the living room and it wasn't based on our booking reservation.
We were 5 persons but only one sofa for 3 persons!!!

Center location room has most of what you'll need I deducted a star as I was missing a pen in my room which I do recall having one last time I was there

Overall, the apartment was exactly as presented on the website.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher was working and we found a sorry note on it with no prior update (even not at the reception).

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, if you don’t mind the walk most of the tourist attractions were close enough to walk to and if not buses and trams were close to the apartment. Grocery store was also close to the apartment. Although the apartment was very quiet, the night life in the area was fairly active. Parking is hard to get but wasn’t an issue for us.

This apartment was a cost effective way to stay in the centre of Budapest. We found it to be perfectly adequate and within easy walking distance of the river and Jewish quarter etc. There is a bus, tram and metro stop a few minutes walk away (the 100E bus to and from the airport stops here) . No city views from the apartment, and a bit of a curious set up with the reception being on the 3rd floor, but it was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful, responding to my messages and queries quickly. I would stay there again.

The location is great. You can explore a lot of restaurants, pubs, and tourist attractions by foot.

We had a great experience. Its in a busy part of town close to the major sites and plenty or restaurants, bars etc.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. Luckily we were sent really good directions from reception on how to find the apartments as the first time it's a little tricky but they are so well located literally 5 mins walk from fashion street, really close to loads of attractions, you could see st Stephen basilica from our balcony. We stayed in the 3 bedroomed penthouse and there was so much space and a massive outdoor balcony, the beds were really comfy and the kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of storage space. And I have to say the service was spot on, when we left my daughter realised that she had left one of her airpods I the bed. I emailed them and they found it and posted it back to us in the uk. Absolutely great 😀. If we return to budapest we would definitely stay here again.

At the main location, Near to all shops and restaurant. Clear and good large property/flat. Reachable to airport by airport shuttle.
