An excellent apartment style hotel - great for short and long term stays! Especially for those with families who want their own kitchen. The hotel staff were very accommodating to any requests that we had. The restaurant buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day and really affordable given the large selection, which was great for all family members with dietary requirements. The rooms are great and the beds are really comfortable. It is in a quiet area but extremely central with all locations within walking distance.

I’m confused by all the 5 star reviews. The rooms are big and staff were fine but the rooms were very unclean and everything was just grimey and dated. There was a half packet of cigarettes in the corner of the living room that my children found. Not to mention it’s very noisy. We paid a fortune for our 1 night stay too. I would go elsewhere!

Very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and quiet—not like those old European hotels. I slept well both nights while adjusting to the time difference.
Free parking is available. It's closest to the museum and New York Cafe, but other attractions are over a kilometer away, easily accessible by walking or Uber.

The experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the property was clean and tidy, with a central and convenient location in the city. Our room was large, spacious, and well-equipped, with amenities such as a coffee machine and a kettle.
However, the beds were among the worst I’ve ever experienced - the springs were too soft, and the pillows were terrible, so I wasn’t able to enjoy a proper night’s sleep. In addition, the service from the hotel staff felt indifferent and not particularly polite (Not to mention rude and uninviting). It seemed as though they were doing me a favor just by responding to my requests, something I’ve never encountered in other hotels I’ve stayed at. A BIG negative here.
Breakfast was mediocre, with a limited variety and certainly not worth the €19 charged per person. The staff seemed disorganized, the dining area wasn’t especially clean, and the coffee was simply bad (the in-room capsules were a better option).
Overall, I would pass on this hotel and choose a different one. This city has no shortage of alternatives, likely better ones.

This excellent hotel was a great find. After being cramped in a cruise cabin for 7 days, it was a welcome relief to be able to spread out and have room to breathe. The front desk people were knowledgeable and helpful. The lifts were readily available and fast. There was a SPAR store very near where we were able to shop for all our needs. The kitchen supplies were minimal, but enough for our needs. This was an excellent location for walking to various restaurants or getting a quick Uber-taxi. Our room was very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit warm. We did not eat the breakfast meal so I cannot comment on that.
It was a bit slippery in the shower and I wish they had a grab bar. Also, we asked for a bath mat hoping to make it less slippery and all we got was a small foot drying mat. Maybe it was lost in the translation.

A nice, clean hotel, with tasty and varied breakfast,a very friendly reception staff, located in a quiet area, close to the central area. You can walk to the main attractions in the city.
In the room you also have a kitchen area, where you can find a coffee maker, an electric stove and what else you need in the kitchen, like a dining area.
The hotel has its own underground parking, spacious, with enough spaces. Parking is free.
To have access to the parking lot, you must first go to the reception to check in, after which you can go by car to the parking lot.

I am very satisfied with the residence as it is close to the supermarket and I can eat light.
