Stayed here for a few days for a family trip before moving on to Vienna. The room is small but the beds are okay to sleep in. The location is okay because it is near a trolley station. Unfortunately a bad thing happened on the second day. When we returned after a day’s excursion our daughter’s sneakers were missing. We know they were there because my daughter decided to wear crocs instead so we left the sneakers under the table and we were out the whole day. We reported the incident to the hotel manager but he didn’t provide much help only saying that such an incident never happened in the past. What can I say? It did happen to us! I have travelled many countries and accrued over 700,000 miles but this is the first time a theft happened at a hotel! It left a very bad taste to a 10 day vacation in Europe. I recommend future visitors to carry important stuff (e.g. passport and wallet) with them.

We stayed at the hotel a week ago. Half of the basement parking lot has an open ceiling to the outside, so when it rains and freezes outside, it rains and freezes on your car. We were assured that there was a TV in the room, but no one informed us that the TV was not working during our entire stay (photo). You pay a high price for these services, but the hotel services do not work for customers. The only consolation was the generous breakfast and decent staff. I recommend choosing another hotel.
