We were there 8 times and this was the saddest!
The staff is friendly and nice.
We had a separate room for 3 people.
But the thing they didn't clean the room properly.
The sheets were smelly and BEDBUGS.
IT WAS HORRIBLE.
My friend had a big allergy as she was bitten all over with swollen arms and legs. They are everywhere there.
I booked a room through the Booking and we literally couldn't sleep at night. We were at 3 a.m. waiting for manager to solve this but nothing was done.
They returned money and canceled booking to not get bad reviews but this is unacceptable 😐.
I haven't seen so many bugs in my life. We had sleepless night and spoiled birthday (.
They looked as they aren't going to do anything with it. Also,they knew the problem was and did nothing to change it.

After making my reservation, I received emails about when I am arriving, while I thought it was flattering at first, it quickly got annoying. I'm a traveler with heaps of time, without a real plan, if I made a reservation then be there when I ring the doorbell - I know that could be asking much for a lot of people.
I definitely would not recommend this hostel, there are so many better hostels around which are more zen.
Not many people can stay here, but it is a positive thing. It makes it more 'Zen'
The owner helped me with looking for busses to Bratislava and places to go out to.
Definatly a 5/5!
