Everything was good. Check in was comfortable, we checked in early almost 3 hours before the check in time and they didn’t ask anything. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Staff was supportive and helpful. Location 10/10, cleanliness 10/10 room 10/10 good and drinks 10/10, accessibility 10/10.

The location is excellent, right outside the tram and subway stations. The hotel's buffet was decent, though the selection was quite limited. The cleanliness of the room's floor felt a bit lacking. Overall, it was still pretty good.

The room was quite spacious, with the window facing the inner courtyard. The breakfast was very rich. It's definitely worth experiencing. It's also very close to New York Cafe!

Courtyard by Marriott is definitely more of a business-focused hotel. It is on the pricier side, but overall very comfortable. The staff deserve special mention — they are consistently friendly, polite, and helpful.

Breakfast is average for my Asian palate, but I appreciate the effort to offer a wide variety of dishes each morning.

A few things could be improved:

The gym feels too small and gets crowded in the morning.

A kids’ club or small play area would make the hotel much more family-friendly.

Water refills can be inconvenient since guests need to go down to the lobby. A small pantry or refill station on each floor would be a great addition.

On the plus side, there’s an Emporium mall and a café right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Its central location also makes it easy to access different parts of the city.

Overall, I’d rate it an 8/10 for business stays and 6.5/10 for family stays.

The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from the Red Line Metro and tram station. It's less than 20 minutes to Fisherman's Bastion and other attractions. The room was quiet, and the hot water was plentiful and heated up quickly. Breakfast was quite rich. The gym was a bit small, but the view was nice, allowing me to relax my eyes while running. The only downside was that I had requested a late check-out on the last day, but the next morning, the housekeeping manager said there was no record and wouldn't agree. After much persuasion, they only allowed me to extend for one hour.

the location is prime although not in central location but all transport underground / bus all in 100m to go attraction .
special the room clean and spacious .. appreciate the front office arranged the quiet room with nice view .

Great location near the city center, with easy access to restaurants and affordable pricing.

What stood out was that the sauna and steam room were operating even at 2 a.m. While small—just enough for two people—it was a really pleasant surprise, especially with jet lag keeping me up.

This was one of the 5 Courtyard’s that we stayed on our vacation in Europe, however, the checked in experience was disappointing especially I am Marriott Titanium member, the front desk person not even recognized my Marriott status, all he focus was that I used Marriott reward points for my room and told me that I am not entitled for room upgrade, as a result, he put us at the same level with other tourist group and my room is in front of the elevator. The rest of the service staff i.e. restaurant/bar waiter or waitress and housekeeping are professional and courteous. Overall, it was a busy hotel due to the location, I think some of the front desk staff need further training.

Burgers were ok but service was worse than terrible they got our order wrong. The girls behind the counter were very rude to us and then started screaming at the chef, they were more interested in flirting with a drunken stag party than serving the tables.

I have a pet peeve when burger restaurants grill the cheese from a cheese-burger on the flat top and throw that on the burger. When I order a cheese-burger I want the cheese melted on top of the patty like 99% of places on earth. Ok it might be your idea of being modern, but ask beforehand because then the cheese gets super greasy and crispy and caramelized on some points and is totally raw in the centre. If they cooked the burger properly that would have helped but the patty was overcooked and dry, the bun was alright and the fries were ok. Not coming back... plenty of competition in town.

We had four burgers and they were all OK and reasonably well cooked. The chairs and table were horribly unstable and should have been replaced years ago. A bit shabby interior. Service was OK although not super attentive.

Avoid this place. Everything was burned - Hamburger meat and chicken wings completely. They serve only hamburgers and wings so it is very rediculous they dont know how to make it right.
