No service to complain about: there is no service. Owners can't be reached by phone (they don't pick up), booking.com (don't respond to messages), WhatsApp (doesn't exist).
Rooms good, but no window covers to keep morning sun out, not enough crockery & utensils (and dirty).
Could've been lovely experience, but owner's inattention soured it. For the price we expected much better.
Cannot recommend, in spite of marvellous location.

This place is in a great location, within walking distance of the promenade. The rooms/areas with a kitchenette and separate bedroom aren't impressive, but they're sufficient for everyday living. The downsides include a musty smell that's impossible to get rid of, a refrigerator that sounds like a plane is taking off (for light sleepers), and a broken freezer (the ice cream had melted).

The apartment is clean and nicely laid out, with air conditioning, blinds, and free Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. Unfortunately, the apartment consists of only one room; there is no door between the living room and bedroom.
