Bedroom is quite small and no space to walk around the bed to the other side.
Now let’s get to the juicy stuff. It’s mainly lack of staff presence or should I say lack of communication and professionalism. Day two I contacted for new towels, received confirmation we would get some, did we get them. Nope sure didn’t. Contacted again on day three for new towels. No response this time. Called the number given, no answer. Day four upon leaving for the day we drove down to the hotel that is same property management to talk to staff. My friend went in but when we pulled up a man and woman were standing outside smoking. The woman goes in first. A short time later the man goes inside. My friend comes back out with a not good face. The woman informed my friend that towels are changed daily. The woman even snickered at my friend and pretty much brushed us off. We actually quite shocked we got towels that day. We were so frustrated at this point that we thought about leaving and getting a different place for the night. So save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE! I do not recommend this place. We looked through more reviews and this is a repeating pattern for this place.
My husband booked via Trip.com and we were thrilled to spend time at this cozy little place just for us. However we faced severe difficulties in getting informations to check- in.
We called above 15x - no answer!!! We texted on what’s up too and send an email but no information was provided. It was very frustrating and we were severely upset 😔
Once we reached the location homes we searched and knocked doors for help and guidance. Finally I stopped a man driving near us and he asked - can I help you. Once explained our situation he called someone and he said - follow me 😀 we were so relieved from our stressful situation 🙏 we don’t know from which end the problem was?? From the host, or the booking company?? No informations received and no reception once there too. It was a very bad experience. After that another couple arrived with the same problem!!! We felt so sorry for them too. After 9pm there is no one to assist.
We arrived at 8.30pm. Please get back to us - why all this happened?
