All the rooms staying in level one so you don’t need to carry your luggage is upstairs by yourself or any elevator .
The room is big enough to open two luggage’s and the heat you can adjust by yourself .
Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Environment: Great location, right by the sea with ocean views.
Service: The front desk manager was very welcoming and thoughtful during check-in, even helping guests with their luggage. However, the housekeeping department was poor. They unauthorizedly opened and discarded items that guests had left behind in their room.
We book it on Agoda for two night
However when we get our room and get in there is a unknown water stains on the sofa, and the smells really like hole room is a toilet.
Make us feel really disgusting.
Therefore we have to book another hotel, it force us spent more expense and can’t get the refund back for second night.
I will not recommend the hotel for each of my friend if they are coming to visit Iceland
