In regard to the lodging itself - we loved how close to ring road the cabin was. It was easily located via google maps and had a seamless self check in with a parking spot waiting for us. The cabin itself was so cute! Clearly modern Icelandic design that is thoughtful and practical. We booked one of the “apartment” cabins and our space was clean, warm and quiet.

More of a basic cabin than anything. No dishwasher or TV, but great place to view auroras and surrounding scenery a few km from Hofn.
