I was really upset when we discovered within the group that the key to the room actually opens all the other rooms, a terrible security problem.
My room was not clean: the toilet was dirty, there was a lot of dust under the bed, the floor was full of dirt, and there were hairs on the pillow and the blanket. The room is not soundproof and you can hear everything that happens in the room next door. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee was tasteless and the service was unpleasant.

IT IS A CHEAP HOSTEL WITH POOR MAINTENANCE AND AN AWFUL SERVICE.
