The location was amazing - right on the main downtown street with loads to do and a park across the street from the hotel, plus food stands and ice cream. It was tough to check in, though. We weren't aware, but it turns out you have to go into a hotel next door and find someone and then they take you through a restaurant to a back elevator to your room. It wasn't well explained and caused a lot of stress when we were exhausted.

Hotel is in the center of the city with plenty of restaurants around. The stay was overall good. They also have a kitchen to cook your own food. Breakfast was nice!

Everything about this Hotel and staff is 10+. The beds, bathroom, tv and shower is all made of first class. The hotel is peaceful and silent and breakfast is fantastic.

We are a family of 7 people, We spend one night at the hotel. we ask for permission to have a late check out and at the reception they told us we can leave until 15:00. We arrive at 14:30 to take our luggage and the manger Fiola was waiting for us outside the elevator and said we should have left at 12:00, we told her nicely it’s not true and that someone at the reception told us we can leave until 15:00. Then she told us that “she knows we are israelies but we need to calm down”
That is an unacceptable, antisemitic saying.
She need to be ashamed of herself and I recommend to everyone to avoid from staying in this hotel!

NIGHTMARE HOTEL with a very AGGRESSIVE MANAGER, avoid at all costs!
We were told the previous day that breakfast would be between 10 and 12. When we showed up at 10, we were let in by the staff. However, the manager then came to us and started shouting to our faces. We were screamed at and called 'liars' by her. When we tried to explain ourselves she would cut us off and screamed "no" repeatedly.
That manager was very aggressive in her demeanor and even got my partner to tears.
This isn't "bad service" anymore, this is harassment. Centrum Hotel managed to make their client cry. What an achievement.
I have been in a lot of countries in my life, but something like this has never happened. Avoid this place at all costs!
The rooms are also in a terrible state and very unhygienic (see pictures below)
