We stayed at the Diamond Suites for 3 nights, and it was the best. Breakfast is abundant, rooms are super clean and stylish, the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located fairly close to the airport (8-minute drive) and only 10 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Our family had an excellent time.

My now fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at the Diamond Suites! My fiancée proposed the week before we got there and I wanted to surprise him with a little something, so I emailed customer service and they upgraded our stay! It made our celebration even more special. The room was so clean and beautiful we will never forget it.

Outstanding stay in a superb hotel, where we preferred to stay after a long day’s travel. Wonderful receptionist took great care of us with room upgrade and early check in. Bar menu extraordinary. Meals were good. Amenities top of the line.

We checked in on a Sunday and were super pleased with our room. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Hotel KEF is on of the best hotels we have stayed at. Big thank you.

We were upgraded to the very unique suite area and immediately took advantage of the extra space outside of the room when my husband needed a quick nap. The bathroom was also fun with a heated toilet seat and multiple lighting options for the tub. We also enjoyed in the surround sound so we could listen to music while we relaxed!

We ended up stuck here for 2 days after Iceland Air cancelled our flight. The room was very nice- the provided breakfast was good. The heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. Had a great stay in studio No1. Big room with comfy bed. Very accommodating and kind owners. Airport shuttle was cheap for 2 people Vs taxi. Studios are close to the airport. Kitchen facilities were good too. Can't fault them!

Really good value compared to other hotels near the airport. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms well appointed. You have to self check in but everything went smoothly. We liked the common kitchen area plus the rooms have a mini kitchen and fridge.

Well, you sleep in boxes, it was fun for just one night stay, we arived very late at night and this was no problem at all. Compared to the low prices everything was ok. It would have been nice to be able to control the temperature in the box, but the air cycler did a fine job.

The unit has a very thin walls. I was awaked by people on the second floor at 4 am. They were getting their stuff together for an hour. Cannot sleep during that time at all.

The kitchen is marvelous! The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable. Any communication difficulties were on my end, because we were traveling when the hostess tried to communicate with me.

Good for a night near the airport: It's very close to the airport and everything was very new. This is very personal, but there was too much light; the skylight had nothing to cover it. And the shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot on its own.

We only got to stay here one night prior to our flight early the next morning but we absolutely fell in love with this stay. Best value for the money in Iceland

Peter did everything he could to help me, I got a last minute room with no problems after missing a connecting flight. Peter also offers a shuttle from the airport cheaper than a taxi. Room was clean, tidy and quiet. Highly recommended!

Great stay for one night. Everything was clean und tidy and the stuff was very friendly. They have multiple separate bathrooms with shower and toilet. During Corona Time there were just a few people. In the kitchen you can drink any kind of coffee and tea for free. Ther is also a fright, toaster and microwave accessible. We would recommend this accommodation.

Very basic hostel, no oven, no toaster, no freezer, no hotplate in the kitchen. I guess not enough bathrooms in case of fully booked. On the other hand very clean, friendly personal, nice location, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are warm.
