The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and attentive, you can really feel genuine care for the guests. I would especially like to mention Astrid
It was a SPREAD! Pancakes, eggs, scrambled hardboiled and rolled. All kinds of fruit and coffees. Even ramen and a noodle bar! Salume and cheese, veggies and cereals. Just a nicely done hotel breakfast
She was a true New Year’s elf 🎄✨: incredibly kind, professional, and always there when needed. What she did for me felt like a little miracle and made my holiday even more special
We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was well prepared and staffed. The drinks were nice and the food was yummy. The tv was nice in the room and the shower as well. We also had breakfast included with our stay
My friends and I were unexpectedly upgraded to 2 spacious rooms. We had a nice relaxed meal in the bistro. A taxi was booked for an early flight the hotel is well positioned to get to the airport
A great experience! The hotel has the perfect location, only ten minutes by car from the airport. The multicultural staff are first class and their friendliness make you feel at home

The breakfast is good, and the guesthouse room with shared bathroom is nice, but it's quite small.
Quaint little add-on to the luxurious hotel which helped us feel welcome. Breakfast is worth the extra money. Great selection of food in the Bistro. The spa is phoneomenal and reasonably priced
Clean but very small room. Window was rusted and could not be fully closed. Would be nice to have a few more shelves/racks. Excellent early breakfast for early flights.
had things I had never heard of before, very very relaxing
Group of people from an undisclosed Asian country came in with a large group and “unpacked” for 3 plus hours, leaving all of their doors open so they could more efficiently communicate room to room and sit in the hallway we all shared
I chose this as my last accommodation before leaving Iceland. The accommodation was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also great.

it was not a misunderstanding of communication. 7:25 to 9 sounds completely different that 7 to 9 as the desk lady told us. The old guy was still organizing it at 7:25. he let me in and i prepared my coffee in the dark
It wasn't that bad as it had a bed, a shower, and good internet. Good enough for free but not a place i would pick for myself and pay for. We were told breakfast was at 7. i went down and the old guy said 7:25
There was sliced bread , cheese, and meat but no mayo. I grabbed a banana and went back to my room. The nice thing about the hotel was it was on the water and i enjoyed the morning stroll with the sunrise
Get to know Breyndis at the front desk, perhaps the sweetest woman in this latitude, and invaluable in seeing that your stay is painless and memorable
this was the hotel icelandair stuck us with because the delay out of zurich made us miss our connection. very basic, adequate under the circumstances
The receptionist was very welcoming when she saw I was from China. She said she had traveled to China and loved it. She even showed me photos of the Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an

Breakfast was included and coffee was good! Staff was friendly and helpful! Restaurant on site was good as well!
We stayed here for one night at the beginning of the year as our final stop near the airport. The hotel is conveniently located close to Keflavík Airport, about a 5,000 ISK taxi ride away
We booked this place for its convenience to the airport the next day. We arrived late, and there was no one at the front desk. We received an email with a password, and that's how we got into the room
It’s a bit far from the town center, but there is a large supermarket within a 30-minute walk. The price felt reasonable for what was offered. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean
The only downside to the room was that it faced the harbor and had an extremely bright lamp shining directly into the room all night. There are already curtains but it was still not completely dark
The shower room and toilet were separate, and the shower room had heated floors, which was especially nice. As mentioned in other reviews, rooms on the first floor seem a bit older

Near a darkened headland as well so if the Northern lights come out, it's only a few minutes walk away from the back door to get a perfect view over the ocean, which may have been visible from the rooftop sauna too
Lovely cosy hotel. Very quiet and stylish. Rooftop pool was such a bonus super warm and very relaxing.
Checking in and out was very easy.
Perfect location with lots of nearby shops, supermarkets and bakeries.
Managed to catch the northern nights outside the hotel, which was the highlight of our tour which we thought we would miss after 1 week
Stayed here for the last night of our trip in Iceland, excellent location near Keflavik airport with complementary airport drop-off
The Ladies at the front desk are INCREDIBLE, especially for solo travelers, they are very helpful. Perfect place to see the Northern Lights and only 8 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon
The roof top hot tube is very nice. I wish the shower water pressure was harder and warmer

Eva also gave us a few very helpful pointers - like places to see or where to buy essentials. Thank you for making our stay in Iceland unforgettable ❤️!

The room was relatively clean, the location was convenient, it was close to the airport, and taxis were easy to get. The app also had some improvements
Staff was exceptionally helpful when our converter shorted the electricity in our room.
Place has a nice vibe.
Must be safe in the area since key was left on counter.
Couple of nice bars nearby.
We stayed here for one night before our flight. Had a bunch of planning issues and special requests.. and every single thing was solved by the wonderful girls at the front desk! An exceptional experience, thanks!
Quiet & clean hotel. You check yourself in if late. Ignore the negative reviews. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again!
Overall, it was acceptable; after all, European service is different from Asian service

My now fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at the Diamond Suites! My fiancée proposed the week before we got there and I wanted to surprise him with a little something, so I emailed customer service and they upgraded our stay! It made our celebration even more special
The hotel is conveniently located fairly close to the airport (8-minute drive) and only 10 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Our family had an excellent time
The bathroom was also fun with a heated toilet seat and multiple lighting options for the tub. We also enjoyed in the surround sound so we could listen to music while we relaxed!
The highlight was undoubtedly the hot tub, where I spent many relaxing moments soaking in the warmth The thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruit platter and the exquisite wine from Chile, really elevated the experience
"I had the pleasure of staying in the Diamond Suites, specifically in the Ruby room, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a special stay
We checked in on a Sunday and were super pleased with our room. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel KEF is on of the best hotels we have stayed at

Room clean and close airport . Can see northern lights at guesthouse .
clean. close to airport. can arrange airport service. recommended
Facilities: Pretty good, basic necessities are all provided, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Although the bathroom is shared, it is generally clean and the space is large
KEF Guesthouse is one of the closest and most affordable stays near Keflavík Airport — ideal for short or overnight layovers. The rooms are quite small but serve the purpose for a quick rest before or after a flight
The hotel is very close to the airport, within ten minutes' drive. Service: The staff has a good attitude. They arrived late at night and informed us in advance how to check in by themselves
Facilities include shared bathrooms (only two) that are used by several rooms — around ten or more — so plan your timing accordingly

The guesthouses were about five minutes to the airport/rental car drop-off locations and there were grocery stores/gas stations all in close vicinity. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well-equipped
We loved how the room was decorated and the little touches and notes from Gudny were so welcoming! One of our favorites was the little handmade sheep that Gudny made and was selling in the accommodation
Gudney and her husband were wonderful hosts welcoming us into their guesthouse. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Really good value for your money! It’s close to the airport
We only got to stay here one night prior to our flight early the next morning but we absolutely fell in love with this stay
They got a little squashed in transit but thank you Gudny for our cute Aurora and Harpa ♥️
By far one of the nicest places we stayed at and we travel quite a bit

We walked into the town of Keflavík for dinner (about 5 minutes walk) and enjoyed a very nice meal overlooking the sea
We had a wonderful family stay! The room was clean and spacious, the host was very kind and helpful. Perfect location (close to Keflavik airport) and very family-friendly. Blue Lagoon is a short distance to reach by car
All the pods are obviously the same and completely adequate for what we need. A comfy bed, a tv (take ear buds etc). Excellent showers and a kitchen area to make coffees etc too. The whole place is very, very clean
We booked an airport transfer with the Pod company for 4am and the driver (owners son in law I think) was prompt and friendly. The price was good and the staff we encountered were friendly
Only downside would be that as people arrived back to spend the night in their allocated Pod, it was a tad noisy, but let’s be honest, no one sleeps properly when you’ve an early alarm call
Had a great stay in studio No1. Very accommodating and kind owners. Airport shuttle was cheap for 2 people Vs taxi. Studios are close to the airport. Kitchen facilities were good too
