Courtyard Reykjavík is easy to reach from the airport, making it a very convenient choice for arrivals or early departures. The hotel is comfortable and well organized, especially if airport access is a priority

Quite close to the airport. The room was pretty standard. The restaurant downstairs was decent, the fried fish was good, but I wouldn't recommend the steak.

Terrific clean hotel that's close to the airport but also convenient for those who have a rental car and want to drive around to lagoons. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is nice

The distance from Keflavik Airport is quite a dilemma. While it's walkable, you'd be walking through a dark, unlit wilderness at night, which can be scary. I'd advise women, children, and the elderly to avoid it

If you opt for a taxi, it takes less than 5 minutes from the airport but costs around 2000 yen, which feels like a waste. The hotel itself is fantastic, as expected from a Marriott property

Compared to the rooms I stayed in Lei City, there's nothing particularly outstanding here. The hotel's 3km distance from the airport is quite inconvenient; it's a long walk without a dedicated sidewalk

Perfect for an airport stop off. The rooms are big, cosy and spotlessly clean. Groceries and snacks available at reception. Restaurant open until 21:30 for dinner has a good atmosphere

Clean room, very nicely smelling bedding and extremely comfortable bed. Do note this is in an old American base, but is nicely refurnished with Nordic furniture

Overall, it's pretty good, but the room lighting is really dark, and it gets cold at night. For some reason, the heating just stopped working...

Location close to the airport, good value for money. The room is big and there is no problem with hygiene. There is parking space. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs. Overall, it can be ordered again.

We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was well prepared and staffed. The drinks were nice and the food was yummy. The tv was nice in the room and the shower as well. We also had breakfast included with our stay

It was a SPREAD! Pancakes, eggs, scrambled hardboiled and rolled. All kinds of fruit and coffees. Even ramen and a noodle bar! Salume and cheese, veggies and cereals. Just a nicely done hotel breakfast

Group of people from an undisclosed Asian country came in with a large group and “unpacked” for 3 plus hours, leaving all of their doors open so they could more efficiently communicate room to room and sit in the hallway we all shared

I chose this as my last accommodation before leaving Iceland. The accommodation was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also great.

Lovely cosy hotel. Very quiet and stylish. Rooftop pool was such a bonus super warm and very relaxing. Checking in and out was very easy. Perfect location with lots of nearby shops, supermarkets and bakeries.

It is located only 5-10m away from airport and was the endpoint for us after a private tour of iceland, making it a very simple matter to get an early flight the next morning

Managed to catch the northern nights outside the hotel, which was the highlight of our tour which we thought we would miss after 1 week

Near a darkened headland as well so if the Northern lights come out, it's only a few minutes walk away from the back door to get a perfect view over the ocean, which may have been visible from the rooftop sauna too

Very peaceful place, didnt take the breakfast option. Iron and ironing board, small fridge provided. Lounge was nice and welcoming. I liked this place a lot actually. The rates were okay and totally met my expectation

Parking is provided, clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Large TV screen and comfy beds. Warms and nice, pool table too-bring your own chalk. Table Tennis table too-best bring your own ball and bat

The game room could also do with some TLC, the arcade machine didn't work and there was only one ball for the table tennis table which was broken. Overall, the experience at the hotel was good and would stay again

The walls apparently are thin because the room next door to us kept banging on the wall telling us to be quiet. There was no elevator so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights

it was not a misunderstanding of communication. 7:25 to 9 sounds completely different that 7 to 9 as the desk lady told us. The old guy was still organizing it at 7:25. he let me in and i prepared my coffee in the dark

It wasn't that bad as it had a bed, a shower, and good internet. Good enough for free but not a place i would pick for myself and pay for. We were told breakfast was at 7. i went down and the old guy said 7:25

There was sliced bread , cheese, and meat but no mayo. I grabbed a banana and went back to my room. The nice thing about the hotel was it was on the water and i enjoyed the morning stroll with the sunrise

Get to know Breyndis at the front desk, perhaps the sweetest woman in this latitude, and invaluable in seeing that your stay is painless and memorable

this was the hotel icelandair stuck us with because the delay out of zurich made us miss our connection. very basic, adequate under the circumstances

Hotel Keiler is lovely, nice rooms and conveniently located in town. Staff is the best part, very friendly and helpful especially when we were in a tough travel situation working through Icelandair

Staff was exceptionally helpful when our converter shorted the electricity in our room. Place has a nice vibe. Must be safe in the area since key was left on counter. Couple of nice bars nearby.

We just stayed one night as we had a layover. We look for a hotel close to the airport to reduce the cost of transport. This was about 10min from the airport but still cost $47cdn

Only intended as an overnight stay to catch the early flight the following day. Room surprisingly large, but very spartan furnished. Bathroom, shower and especially shower head are getting on in years

When you walk in you get so much more! I love the home feel it has and all of the staff members are very welcoming, helpful and inviting. I absolutely loved going to sauna room and enjoying the hot tub

My Parents and I stayed here Aug 2025 before flying home in the morning. Perfect location, easy access to Airport. Clean rooms, we had a room for 3, twin beds for each of us. Breakfast was included as well.

Impressive hospitality and flexibility. Early check-in and late check-out were accommodated without any issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, including assisting with calling a taxi to the airport

they were kind enough to come out in the rain and let us know the hotel we were trying to get into was closed indefinitely. They gave us recommendations and said to book online so it would be cheaper

They have a snack bar that is open 24/7 with chips/ soda/ beer/ wine. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. There is a communal kitchen that can be used anytime as well

Booked a private double room with shared bathroom. LARGE room! Shared a bathroom with just one other room with a private entry (no going out into the hallway)

I would suggest a bit more detoxification of the bottom shower curtains. Also very accommodating and in close proximity to the town as well as airport

Such a beautiful guesthouse situated close to Keflavík airport. We had the pleasure of seeing the northern lights during our stay! Although we only stayed one night at Raven BnB, we felt at home

The beds are comfortable, wash closets are clean and spacious and the shared area is carefully curated by the owners. It is clear that so much love has gone into restoring and decorating this place

The hotel is conveniently located fairly close to the airport (8-minute drive) and only 10 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Our family had an excellent time

KEF Guesthouse is one of the closest and most affordable stays near Keflavík Airport — ideal for short or overnight layovers. The rooms are quite small but serve the purpose for a quick rest before or after a flight

Peter did everything he could to help me, I got a last minute room with no problems after missing a connecting flight. Peter also offers a shuttle from the airport cheaper than a taxi. Room was clean, tidy and quiet
