Ray of Sunshine Hafnargata in Keflavik

I booked through booking for 4 adults to stay for a night before we fly off the next morning from Keflavik airport ! We checked in at 11pm and it was difficult to find the entrance door (They didn’t give proper instructions to locate their apartment )as it is situated behind the front house and you need to walk up the stairs which is not convenient with luggages ! Only 2 bath towel to be seen , my 2 friends stay above the loft (They complained it was too low the attic that they hit their head , can’t even store their luggages at the loft where there is no space plus the stairs was rather steep ) they have 2 bath towels while I sleep at the sofa bed below with no bath towel to be seen around the bed (photo enclosed) normally host will put the bath towel on the bed for guest but this host didn’t do that ! And I LEFT my travel pillow at the sofa bed and I wrote to them on booking chat , they told me they couldn’t find the travel pillow (A LIE) if they are honest people they will also tell me about the 2 apples 🍎 left at the fridge (They Keep Quiet ) from booking chat , they answered back the extra bath towel was at the drawer ! To be honest the apartment is so small , we don’t see any wardrobe drawer except kitchen drawer ! The host employed dishonest staff , I believe the staff who wrote back to me at booking.com have no proper customer service training .
