I would especially like to mention Astrid. She was a true New Year’s elf 🎄✨: incredibly kind, professional, and always there when needed. What she did for me felt like a little miracle and made my holiday even more special.
I will happily return here again and would sincerely recommend this hotel.
The only downside is the restaurant, the waiting times in the evening are horrible while the food is great when it finally arrives...
The drinks were nice and the food was yummy.
The tv was nice in the room and the shower as well. They had nice toiletries too.
We also had breakfast included with our stay. It was a SPREAD! Pancakes, eggs, scrambled hardboiled and rolled. Pastries. All kinds of fruit and coffees. Even ramen and a noodle bar! Salume and cheese, veggies and cereals.
It was top notch. For real. Just a nicely done hotel breakfast.
