I booked this place knowing that breakfast was included. They informed me upon arrival it did not include breakfast. I had no way to prove they were wrong so I did without.

Internet was terrible.

First night the shower was ice cold. Second day it was hot.

THIS HOTEL DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED EVEN 3 STAR HOTEL. DECLARE IT A MOTEL.

Property is old but still the maintenance is good.
But I felt they need to keep water, tooth brush and paste.

This hotel truly lives up to its name as a heritage property. The service is commendable, with staff responding promptly to all requests. Its central location ensures excellent connectivity, making it convenient for travelers.

However, the hotel's age is evident in its infrastructure. The switches, air conditioning, doors, and washrooms all feel outdated—not in a regal or well-preserved heritage way, but rather in need of maintenance. Even the glassware used for tea and coffee appeared old and not entirely clean.

With proper upkeep and renovations, this hotel could offer a much better experience while retaining its heritage charm.

The room was spacious, but the overall experience was disappointing. Basic amenities were not maintained—plug points in the bedroom were outdated, and there was no water supply in the bedrooms. The glass plates were in poor condition. The reception staff lacked responsibility and commitment, making the service subpar. Given the price, the stay was not worth it.

Very un clean hotel. Booked for 2 days and paid for 2 days. But could stay only for one night. Terrible hotel.

2018 special...they have renovated the restaurant. Added new chairs and moved from black n red to white n yellow. The menu is new. Rest of the things remains. Opens at 8:00 AM. Bang opposite MTR. If you are looking for egg option for breakfast this is the best place. There is variety in menu.

Went there one time only. Location is good and parking is available. Check in Zomato and thought food was reasonably priced but went there and found out the quantity they give were tiny. However, only place I have seen fully dedicated to eggs. So if you're an egg lover, definitely try this place out.

Opesns at 8:00 AM. Bang opposite MTR. If you are looking for egg option for breakfast this is the best place. There is variety in menu.

I had kothu paratha but that was not so good but atmosphere inside The Egg Factory was beyond compare. Looks like that place is only designed for couples. I love that place.
