Booked room here for my elderly parents. They have allotted it in ground floor with nice cost beds. Room service was excellent and the reception guys helped them get cabs to roam around bglr at a very reasonable price. 24 hrs checkout is an added advantage. I highly recommend this place as the location is also stone throw away from metro and Railway station.

I recommend pls don't listen to Dev sir. He won't do arrangements properly, especially in food. He promised us something but have something taste wise. Nobody was satisfied with food on that day. They will be with us till We book and pay the money. it's only money minded they don't do service better. Our money got wasted in Samrat party hall.pls don't take Devs advice. Pls don't book for any party there because main food won't be good. It's my experience. They are here only to make money. Very very bad.

Once upon a time this hotel was very good and famous for all types of food, dose, coffee, tea and many more. But, now a days it lost original legacy. Now this hotel is average. The hotel management needs to lookout this and they need to come out with good food.

The stay was good,not great for the amount they quoted,old buckets and the bathroom wasn't that good, okay for one nights stay.

The bathroom was smelling very bad. On complaint they just washed it. After a few hours it was the same.

The stay was excellent. the restaurant service was very excellent. Pure Veg both Jain and Normal food available. we tried new items which we do not taste in chennai like Bonda Soup; all the food items were very tasty and hygienic and the ambience was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel stay and food Restaurant can be accessed separately as well.

Pepsi full of ice water, burger taste less, chicken fully frozen, Virgin mojito no flavor, I would rather go to mtr and have a dosa it's 1000 times better than KFC. Save your hard earned money it's not worth it.

The service was pretty good. Friendly staff butt the quality of the food was quite questionable.
I ordered a paneer tikka sub. Although the veggies were pretty good and fresh, the bread wasn’t. And while the sauces were pretty good, the paneer wasn’t.
Paneer was mashed completely to powders, Plus the powdered paneer had a very bad taste to it.

The food quality was so bad. I've never been this disappointed with subway. And the staff is incompetent to even understand simple instructions.

My experience with the Mantri Mall subway was not pleasant for two reasons:
1. The wrapping paper (in which our subs are wrapped) were kept in the open and a big tape cutter was kept on them as a paperweight; that's dirty, unhygienic and unethical; the base of a tape cutter is kept on various surfaces; that paper touches my bread; that's not cool at all.
2. The executive didn't put the bread that I chose in the oven for that quick 10-12 sec heating; I had to remind him to do that. Looked like he was uninterested...
Team Subway, if you're reading this, please correct these wrongdoings immediately. I love your Subs and your Cunningham road outlet is very good.

Another one of those Beijing Bites which you can find in almost all the food courts. We had ordered 2 different non-veg meal combos which were around 200 each. Honestly the the food was one of the most unappetizing Chinese I've had in all these years. The food was rather cold, taste was bland and nothing stood out. Although the service was quick and staff was polite. The prices are just what you'll expect in any shop in a food court. Would suggest to skip this one unless you have tried everything else in the vicinity.

Pathetic food. Ordered 2 super combos. Received with rotten chicken. Thrown back to their face and got our money back.

I had taken chicken lollypop and Singapore chicken noodles. Chicken was good bt noodles was not tasty. Even the cost is high. I would suggest for people who love Chinese foods.
