Hotel Pearl Inn in Bengaluru

Calling everyday for the past two weeks to get the invoice of staying here. Stopped picking up calls now. Very irresponsible.

The room rent was reasonable, but the service left much to be desired. The TV remote wasn’t working, the bedsheets weren’t clean, and the chair in the room was very dirty.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for stay. While the hotel premises are clean and is located in a central place, the rooms are old with broken amenities, old linen and bed spreads, old bath amenities etc. Basically everything in the room is old and needs an upgrade. I would have received a superior service and room elsewhere for the price charged. In the name of breakfast, a food parcel was delivered to our room. The food quality was decent and the food quantity was limited.

We had booked 4 rooms for one day using MMT. Our plan was to stay only in the night as we will outside during the day. As soon as we entered and furnished the id proofs, we were asked to tell who will staying in each rooms, when we asked why should we reveal those details, as we will decide as to who shall stay in each rooms. They were so adamant and after stern reluctance, the matter was not discussed further. They were talking about the rules and regulations, where we asked whether these rules were mentioned in MMT site, the manager said you need to check with them as you did not pay us and paid them so don't question us. Incase if you don't want then leave this hotel. When asked how can he talk like this to the customer, he was so rude and showed his attitude on us. Then when we raised our voice the MD had to step in and we just said how can he ask the customer to leave? The manager went on to say once again infront of his MD that we can leave if we don't like it when asked why the rooms were changed after allocations. Such a worst and rude behaviour had spoiled our day. Pathetic management, no customer service, only one towel and soap per room. We didn't want to go to them again, managed with our things. All in all not a pleasant experience and will not recommend this hotel as there is absolutely nothing nearby to go and eat.

though it is 3 star hotel mentioned, it is not worth even for single star. furniture, bathroom, anything you say is not maintained properly.
