Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The service was prompt, professional, and always delivered with a smile.
The location is convenient, the facilities are excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free, and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is a very modest Hotel. The room, Bed and bathroom were all very clean. The room is small and without decor. The bathroom did not have toilet paper or soap. They did provide shampoo. But for the good, inexpensive price, it was perfect. very nice staff. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well.

I have stayed in Executive room for 4 days with my family (including a toddler). Hotel UR Comfort is a budget stay in Jayanagar with good amenities and great service.
Location is 700 meters from Jayanagar metro, hence transportation to most of Bengaluru was easy and affordable. And there are lot of shops & restuarents nearby which makes location even great.
Rooms were neat and clean with basic amenities. A few amenities are chargeable like Dental kit & Electric Kettle etc., but it was already in hotel policy and informed before booking itself. Considering the budget rates and prime location, rooms facilities were decent.
Service was top notch, to list out a few are:

Providing additional mattress
Room dining on request
Room cleaning on request
Everyone from Receptionist Mr.Sudhindra to Room boys were available to our call and were service oriented.
Even though nearby streets buzzling commercial area & filled with lot of vendors, hotel room and premises felt like quite and peaceful for staying with family.

The reception staff were very friendly and cooperative. Mr. Sudhendra was quick to assist and very responsive. I stayed for four days in an Executive Room, which was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the Jayanagar Complex.
It would be even better if they offered a 24-hour check-in and check-out system. Also, having a two-way direction button in the lift would be a useful improvement

The property is located in the heart of jayanagar in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were clean and the desk guy was polite and welcoming. However, an AC in one of the rooms needs maintenance.

Hotel ur comferts are good comfertable to me its feel like homely and rooms service are best thing and room was very clean and discipline off the hotel is very well located near by buss stop market mall and located neardy hotel thats best attraction..

The hotel stay was good but there was no parking space. Had to go and park in pay n park. Other than that the hotel staff was friendly and accomodating.
