The hotel is located in a quiet tree lined neigborhood. infrastructure of the hotel is quite good and maintained well. the beds are too springy & bouncy. restaurant service is quite swift and efficient. improvements needed in the front office staff - they are not welcoming at all, quite smug and bordering on indifference. dont take heed of requests and dont get back with confirmation. i had asked to get the bed linen changed which i suspected that it was old. had to remind at least 3 times to get the job done. need to be trained to welcome guests. perhaps this is done for online booking customers. remember, we are business travellers and make a big chunk of the bookings & we have minimal demands and needs. there is no window to many of the rooms. the window is blocked with a building band opposite to the hotel - but that's ok. overall, if they improve the service and train the staff, this can be a very good

The property was good even location also close to jayanagar but bed was spring not good to sleep properly 😔 except this issue everything was fine. i stay twins nice property

Stay was good. Rooms were clean and neat. But the tv was not working. Details related to wifi was not mentioned.

Even after mentioning about cancellation no step was taken for refund. Fraudulent activity of not returning amount for cancellation. And pointing others whenever we question abt it. Including makemytrip app. Looting from people. And no customer service. No cancellation was done. No refund was given.

Just love the food here. Friendly on the pocket. Must try bendi pepper day, babycorn tikka, chicken Manchurian and usli.

Parking is very tough nearby. Choco tiramisu i ordered was a horrible mix of frozen milk and Oreo biscuit. Nothing else. Got duped with the image at the counter.

Little small then one you have near 4th block, but best part is you can have good view of children park next to it and see small kids enjoy in play area.

Never had such bad espresso in my life. And the quantity sucks too. Starbucks is way better for this kinda price. They really need to put some effort into making good coffee. Weekends are too crowdy as well.

Been here many times over last 5 years. Service as promised in any Cafe Coffee Day outlet. I love the Cafe Mocha here. Good staff.

The Cafe Coffee Day visited had a Gold Rush menu. The ambience was satisfactory. The sofas needs some touch up from being worn out. The server's could be trained to nit leave hand-held circular chair in personal space of customers. The presentation of items ordered was eye-appealing. The quality of food was good. The crowd seemed happy. If CCD is to develop as a business -Managing space, consider creating a low-noise, low music corners.
