The SilicRest team is awesome. They may not have the fanciest hotel but the team is next level. Very helpful, excellent understanding and a huge shoutout to Arpita from the front facing team, she is absolutely amazing! Don't get me wrong - the rooms are great too for that price & the location :) Will 10000% stay here again & highly recommend Silicrest!

My stay at Hotel Silicrest was truly comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

The rooms are neat and clean.
The service was excellent, the food was good, both north and south dishes.
The FO team is excellent, the knowledge to help with everything.
Highly recommended for everyone if you visit bangalore, Koramangala, with a friendly budget.

I stayed in quiet a few places. I must say Silicrest is more person-oriented hotel. I stayed in Silicrest and attended the Baby Shower. The act of service and attending to details is something I admire in my stay at Silicrest. The front office team Arpita has been outstanding in her collaboration, The ever-attentive Rupali... The housekeeping and the kitchen are all a great blend of personal yet professional service. Keep it up.

Arpita helped us make a reservation at the hotel; this was the right place, as we were visiting our nephew who is studying there. The rooms were great and very hygienic. The service was impressive, especially Rupali; she took care of my family for three days. Rajeev and Beplub helped us with room service.
The food was not as expected; we needed to order much in advance for special requests. Special thanks to Arpita for helping us from making our reservation until a grand send-off.

This is not a hotel but a place where guests are made fools
I was in this hotel from 1st Aug to 6th Aug.
Every day there is issues with the basic services
You have to beg the staff of hotel for water and bath towel...food is bad ...rooms smell...no hot water.. ..no drinking water...phone lines don't work.
More over the management staff is very bad. Sharvana the duty manager found drunk on the night shift. Same time prasad the FOH Manager was also drunk. They both were not in hotel when I came to front office. Security guard Jai Ram was taking care of Front office and taking the phone. 6th aug evening.
When I asked for a bottle of water and towel they told me saying that they don't have. And if I will insist they will call police and through me out of this hotel.
I request the owner or the GM of this property to look in the matter and keep some decent staff.

I remembered Munna Bhai MBBS dialogue after entering this hotel room..Bhai ye to shuru hote hi khatam ho gya and in addition to this you get pathetic room service and idiotic rules..however location rules

Basic executive hotel. Great for stay if you're visiting for business in nearby area for longer durations. Value for money.

Pathetic AC. Rooms look good but without AC they are suffocating. I complained 3 times. Every time the manager showed a room which had no woeking AC. He kept on saying wait 15 minutes it will be fine. Pathetic. Dont book at all.

Decent rooms, good location. Room service can be quicker. Breakfast has everything you need for a start, including juice, cereals, fruits and staple South Indian options. All in all an okay place. Don't expect too much.

I had a bad experience with food I order so didn't visit again... But I feel it's not up to the mark..

We had the buffet dinner on a weekday. The ambience was very good, the staff very courteous. Food was tasty and they served it on time according to demand. They serve the starters barbeque on order and you do not get a live grill, but frankly, it does not matter as their service is fast and prompt. Desserts were great too.

Service is at its worst. Starters are served only once and when asking for the second time the behaviour is unexpected. The main course is nothing and there is no appetizers mentioned in the menu served. While booking table they told soft drinks are free of cost and there is no soft drinks in the restaurant.
Verdict : not worth for the money we pays. Wasted 699 bucks for this blunder.

Mr Subhash, the manager at the outlet next to NGV signal @Koramangala is very rude and does not clearly tell what is exactly available while taking the customers order for food. neither are the staff aware even after the bill has been paid. they have to be told reminded that so and so item is till pending to be served. Hope some remedial measures is taken. Mr Subhash went to the extent of saying whether i want a refund and cancel the order. It clearly shows that Mast Kalandar is not concerned nor bothered about customers satisfaction. Mr Subhash also had the audacity to tell that you are not a very regular customer hence I am not aware of the change in the menu. He could not even clarify on my pts earned and pending since i have a membership card.

Pathetic service from the Arekere branch. They seem to be in a hurry to make money and forget to pack even the basic items that are included in the order. The hurry is also evident in the way the phulkas and rotis are made - half cooked, cause they cant bake it for a few minutes more!
This happened twice. The second time i actually refused for the remaining items to be sent later. No use for us.
Add to that the pathetic submarine sandwich that was sent ones which looked like a bun has been taken and some paneer chunks added without any sauce or salt. The driest sub i have ever had.
