Hotel Vbr Grand Inn in Bengaluru

Hotel building is quite new but service is very poor. They have kettle to make water hot but don’t keep coffee milk pouches in room will be provided only on asking. Room service is terrible it took 1 hr to serve dinner after a reminder because 1st person didn’t noted the order and surprisingly i had ordered papad which he didn’t sent and on asking replied papads are finished but they even bother to inform customer about this. Breakfast so terrible and cleanliness in the restaurant is pathetic even plates spoons are not clean. I stayed for 2 days 2nd day i skipped the breakfast because of this. Comparatively room was clean but you need to submit keys at reception while leaving if you want room to get clean. Hotel location is good but they really need to improve on service or else will loose the repeated customer business.

At 8:00 pm, i requested a water bottle and kept calling the reception every 15 minutes, more than five times, but they did not provide drinking water. I had to sleep thirsty the entire night. I feel very disappointed with the service"

A Nightmare Stay at VBR Grand Inn – Never Again!!!
I recently stayed at the VBR Grand Inn in Bangalore, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by an overpowering stench that seemed to have settled into the very walls. The reception staff, if you can call them that, were disinterested and more focused on their phones than helping guests.

The room I was given was filthy, with a layer of dust so thick on the furniture that I could write my name in it. The bathroom was an absolute disaster – the shower barely worked, and the toilet was stained and had a suspiciously "rustic" aroma. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the pillows were lumpy and flat as pancakes. I almost slept on the floor out of fear of what might crawl into bed with me.

As for the amenities, don't even get me started. The Wi-Fi was slower than dial-up, the so-called "breakfast buffet" was a sad.

To top it off, when I tried to bring these issues to the attention of the management, I was met with a blank stare and the response, "This is how we are, sorry."

Save yourself the misery and go somewhere – anywhere – else. VBR Grand Inn is neither grand nor an inn.

Service is terrible, waited 1 hour for a cup of tea. Responce of restaurant service is pathetic. Rooms are average.
