Certain areas like routine maintenance like cleaning of bathroom and toilet needs to be upgraded.

The Front end Staff was not cooperative and need to improve his behaviour with the guests. Parking is a real issue, when there is a party going on.

While I appreciated the location of this hotel during my stay from February 20th to 22nd, 2025, I did experience some significant issues. The intercom and television in my room were not operational. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection and the taste was not to my liking. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests

The sheets were dirty and the sink was clogged (overflooded). We found a cockroach and at night there was sounds like construction. Only good thing was the location. Close to the bus stop to catch the airport bus. It is also close to the market.

Location and food availability is too good rooms are spacious but need to be improved. Amenities are ok ok mini bar non functional and hot water is warm. Tv is not working.

Smelly room, door could not be locked from inside, no hot water, towel was not kept in the room, staffs are not responding and looks to be confused. Booked through make my trip and paid rs 3900 for a night ! ! !

Hotel located at a very ideal location . Roof top in house restaurant was top notch.Rooms very tidy and spacious with large windows.Good vibes altogether.

Good place! Non Vegetarian food is nice but Vegetarian food sucks. Recommended only for Non Vegetarian.

Good food, fast service, reasonable prices. The decor could be refreshed. Car parking is a problem in this area during weekends.

Good dry snacks option. Had tried non vegetarian items including chicken fried rice. The dry chicken is really nice and chicken and egg fried rice also good. Place is bit quite and service is also OK. The location is really good in very near Jaynagar 4th block.

There is nothing remotely Kolhapuri or even Maharashtrian about this hotel. The food is good enough but Maharashtrians who go their for some authentic Kolhapuri food will be disappointed.

The cost of the food is economical and is of descent quality but not a great one. The quantity is very small for Dosa's and the quality of the service is pathetic. For about 30 mins in to the restuarant sitting at the table there was no one to remove soiled plates nor to take a order. The waiter who served had no courtesy and was showing faces when asked for extra Sugar. The water served is not mineral water.

The toilets were equally pathetic... Absolutely stinking and not usable. The closet was also broken with NO commod seat in tact. The table that was cleaned was also stinking.

For me absolutely it's not just about the economical cost but also about the quantity of food and quality of service which is not very great.

A BIG NO for someone who looks for quality service.

The south Indian thali here is not to be missed out for lunch which provides poori, rice, curries, sambar and a sweet to fill the tummy.

Fine there will be service also self-service is there. Ample parking for 2 & 4 wheel's .tasty food with south & north Indian based veg food.

It is a good restaurant for quick bite and with seating arrangement. There is a party hall on the first floor. It is o.k.for food.

Horrible food. It doesn't deserve even a star. Pizza was dry, tasteless not enough cheese and the toppings didn't even taste fresh pretty much stale taste. I wonder if they served an old pizza for us ! Appetizer (paneer pockets) was way too sour and tasted awful. A complete waste of money. Never ever eating at pizza hut again.

Worst service provided to us. We almost waited for the order for an hour but also they were making it late. Soup was served at the last like a desert. It was worst experience. We had to remind them for order for 6 to 7 times. We ordered for veg pizza but they gave us non veg pizza. The taste of the pizzas were not at all good. Soup tasted like they squeezed tomato in hot water. I suggest not to walk in and spoil your taste buds.
