Had a great overall experience at the hotel. The food was excellent and consistently delicious. Special thanks to Bipana from housekeeping for maintaining everything so well, Ibrahim at the front desk for his helpful and professional service, and Alphonsa, the restaurant captain, for making dining a pleasant experience. I stayed here for 12 days and hospitality was top notch. Mithula gave me a warm welcome. After a few days, It was my birthday and I was exploring the city and when came back to my room, to my surprise there was a birthday cake for me and I felt so good because I was far from my family. I ended up celebrating my birthday with the staff. Bipana, Steve and Sanjeev took care of all the services related to room. All the hotel staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Chef were also very adjustable. They made amazing food and also ok with a little bit customizations. Thanks Paul John Bangalore for this amazing stay!!

Wondering stay! the property strikes a great balance - peaceful and quiet yet well connected to the rest of the city. A special thanks to the housekeeping team- Sanjeev, Steve, Bipana, Amit and Mayur (from the front desk) for their genuine care throughout my stay. Also really enjoyed my evening beers at the Murphy’s with Biswajit, Christopher, Saurav and the team- warm hospitality made the experience even better.

Rooms are spacious, restaurants are perfect for any time of the days, and personnel available and friendly. Only complain would be the checkout process that just takes way too much time. A 1min process takes over 10 minutes, and if other customers are in front of you, the waiting time can impact your travel time to the airport.

It is a good restaurant to have pure vegetarian food. They have good varieties of food with good taste. It is a self service restaurant. You have less options for meals. It is a good place to try South Indian dishes. They also have limited varieties of Ice Cream with good taste.

Was there recently and it was a mixed experience. The food was great as always. But the staff lied about the AC. They kept saying it will be turned on when in fact it was broken and the place was pretty stuffy.

On a Saturday night they did not have tomato soup, no green salad, no pasta and appeared understaffed. Few pizzas were available only in medium size and not in personal size. Avinashs the steward did his best to keep us happy , he did make up by offering a medium size pizza for price of personal. The thin crust pizza was good. But Pizza hut needs to do more if it wants to retain customer. Good staff alone will not help.

Had a terrible experience.. service was very slow.. water was served after asking and that too after ten minutes waiting.. single waiter to look after the entire restaurant and to do billing.. even preparing desserts all by himself.. Not the Pizza Hut experience we’re used to

It's a good restaurant for the Buffet. It includes Magic Show, Puppet show, few chat options and Head Massage along with meals. They also have a culture performance at 1st floor. The staff is humble and the hospitality is appreciable.

Good place to have some Gujrathi / Rajasthani styled food. The place shot to fame from its Hyderabad outlet. They tried to replicate it but haven't quite been able to do so coz of the limited space.
Still it a good place to good food. There is always some kind of entertainment which is not possible to find everywhere.

Awesome place to bring your family, kids, team lunch, special occasions or just food. You will get some royal treatment along with Rajasthani food.

Specially for kids they have some magic show and katputli dance so plan to spend so 30 mins before food to enjoy this place properly.

Rajasthani food served is awesome in a very traditional environment and serving style.

This is one charming rajasthani experience. They have a puppet shows, a guy doing small magic tricks and other interesting stuff not including the food. For the overall experience I would not say that it's overpriced. The food was much heavier than I had anticipated, like solid ghee. So go mainly if your gastrointestinal system can handle a 4000 calorie meal.
