The Hotel is situated in RT Nagar and it is ideal place to stay as it is in the midst of the city. The hotel is small and the room is compact in size for 2 persons. They provided a king size bed and road view room as requested. However, the breakfast menu was so limited that they refused to provide dosa or omlette. The housekeeping was horrible and they never pick up their phone and we need to inform the reception each time. Once they delayed and wasted our time despite informing the reception 3 times. one staff Mahesh was rude and arrogant and he was not guest friendly. Overall it was a decent stay.

I am staying in this hotel after two years but everything is keeping with high standards as early. Room facilities and other amenities are so good and hygienic. Bath room excellent with cold and hot water thanks 👍

It is located in RT nagar main road, You can easily recognize it.. If you are a food lover and don't have enough budget then don't worry, Empire Provide Daily buffet for lunch at just 199.. Which include more then 15 dishes, with sweet and soft drink..

Very disappointed today. Not worth for money. Biriyani is not good, the famous coin parata is very bad...it's so hard. Kurma does not have salt, no spicy.. and as some one mentioned...they gave me jug full of lemon when I asked for single juice. It costs 175 rupees. Looting...Won't recommend any one. Management has to wake up...and serve good food please.....

We can had more food from outside with the GST given to them. Too expensive and not a tasty food. I had chicken biriyani and left balance on plate because of the worst taste. This should my last visit in this restaurant.

They will impose high tax. Food is not taste as the price is high. In chicken biryani they will put only one piece, for all items quantity is less and price very high

Worst experience at RT nagar outlet of KFC. Last night was feeling damn hungry and visited this outlet at 10:45 PM. Most of the items on veg were over and the guy at counter seemed to be busy to shut the shop. I ordered a burger along with 2 pieces of chicken. the pieces served were both small and when asked them to replace one of the pieces they took 25 mins to do the same. After the wait of 25 mins, I got 1 super hot piece of chicken and another was dead cold. KFC STANDARD and Quality is dipping down day by day. After spending about Rs 260 if you are not satisfied with your mean, why the hell I should visit this place next time. BAD Experience.... KFC RT Nagar sucks...
