I made a booking with the hotel, but I cancelled it even before checking into the hotel.
There were guests compaining about no hot water supply, their elevator was working and the Manager Mr. Amit was very rude.
Moreover, their website says that theirs is a pet friendly hotel, but when we arrived at the hotel they claimed that it wasn't.
This was one of the worst hotels in terms of service, rooms and misinformation.
I'd give it a minus rating, because zero rating would also be too much for this terrible hotel.

I don't want to give even 1 star. This place deserves 0 star. They do CHEAP TRICKS and ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I went there to stay. I wanted the bigger room and checked in for 2 days and took money at check-in time. On 2nd day they forcefully shifted me to smaller room saying their room was pre booked for that day.
We had to shift to a smaller room for same price. Shifting and price both were wrong. I called them to reduce the price. But the staff said 'PAGAL HAI KYA'. !!!???!!
I immediately left the hotel and shifted to another hotel. We can't tolerate such disrespectful behaviour. Staff does not know how to talk. It was a very very SHAMEFUL ACT!!!!

This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a room for 4 days, but to my surprise, they charged me for 4 full nights, along with extra charges for early check-in and late check-out. This felt like a complete rip-off, especially considering the level of service provided.
The service is extremely poor – staff were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in helping with even basic requests. Cleanliness and maintenance were also far below expectations.
If you're looking for a temporary stay near Domlur or Indiranagar, I strongly recommend avoiding FabHotel Cosmo Annora. There are much better and more transparent options available in the area. I regret choosing this place and would not return.

If there is an option to give 0 rating I would give that. We have booked a room in a fab hotel app. There it showed 1350 INR . We have paid as well. Once we reached and about to check in they said they can't give for 1300 and asked to pay 300 more. We don't have any other options so we paid. After checking into the room, they showed some different room with two beds attached together (we booked a single bed). When we questioned he said if we want a single bed we have to pay 400 more.. We tried to ask for a refund but they refused. As we don't have any other options we paid 400 more (Totally we paid 2000).Initially the AC was not working properly and the fan created more sound. The worst experience through FAB Hotel.

Very bad experience with the receptionist. They demanded extra payment and when we asked why, they blamed it on a "website issue." The rooms and washrooms were also in terrible condition – definitely not worth the money. We checked in at 7 PM and planned to check out by midnight, yet they still charged us more than a 24-hour rate. No respect, no professionalism.

Not bad place for short stay. Some things can be improved AC is too much controlled. Many TV channels don't come. TV remote difficult to operate. Staff is thin but manage well

Nice ambience and very supported staffa. Located in perfect area, nearby majeatic, shopping center and city main hospitals.

The staff here is very helpful and they really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. (10/10) for hospitality.
Locality is decent and if you're on a short business trip near Koramangala/Indiraninagar then staying at this place might be convenient.
The prices online are significantly cheaper than booking the room through call/mail.
The food options are limited and only vegetarian food is available.
However, my biggest gripe was that in my room there were a lot of small cockroaches!! Especially in and around the microwave and kettle. In my room, the TV remote didn't work properly so I was able to watch only a single channel.

The location is the best...Economy stay...They serve breakfast at room and on time...Very Friendly staff...Only issue is they don't have a restaurant or dinner option...

Good sized rooms. Food is a miss here. They bring the breakfast to your room and it gets cold immediately. Very limited choice of food. Rooms are clean and neat.

Was there recently and it was a mixed experience. The food was great as always. But the staff lied about the AC. They kept saying it will be turned on when in fact it was broken and the place was pretty stuffy.

Pizzas are good but Service takes long. No parking Facility.

On a Saturday night they did not have tomato soup, no green salad, no pasta and appeared understaffed. Few pizzas were available only in medium size and not in personal size. Avinashs the steward did his best to keep us happy , he did make up by offering a medium size pizza for price of personal. The thin crust pizza was good. But Pizza hut needs to do more if it wants to retain customer. Good staff alone will not help.

Had a terrible experience.. service was very slow.. water was served after asking and that too after ten minutes waiting.. single waiter to look after the entire restaurant and to do billing.. even preparing desserts all by himself.. Not the Pizza Hut experience we’re used to

Good place to have some Gujrathi / Rajasthani styled food. The place shot to fame from its Hyderabad outlet. They tried to replicate it but haven't quite been able to do so coz of the limited space.
Still it a good place to good food. There is always some kind of entertainment which is not possible to find everywhere.

Awesome place to bring your family, kids, team lunch, special occasions or just food. You will get some royal treatment along with Rajasthani food.
Specially for kids they have some magic show and katputli dance so plan to spend so 30 mins before food to enjoy this place properly.

This is one charming rajasthani experience. They have a puppet shows, a guy doing small magic tricks and other interesting stuff not including the food. For the overall experience I would not say that it's overpriced. The food was much heavier than I had anticipated, like solid ghee. So go mainly if your gastrointestinal system can handle a 4000 calorie meal.

It is a good restaurant to have pure vegetarian food. They have good varieties of food with good taste. It is a self service restaurant. You have less options for meals. It is a good place to try South Indian dishes. They also have limited varieties of Ice Cream with good taste.
